Rebuilt in 2008, Kaywana Hall offers modern rooms with free Wi-Fi, seating areas and private patios. It has a pool and is 15 minutes’ walk from the lower Kingswear ferry.
Equipped with a wide-screen TV, iPod dock and fridge, each room features fruit, home-made biscuits and fudge. The luxurious bathrooms have a separate bath and shower.
The breakfast menu features local produce and includes kedgeree, eggs Benedict and a full English breakfast. Lighter options or a platter of meats and cheese are available.
Kaywana Hall has a contemporary design and large windows which make it bright and airy. The outdoor pool is available in the summer. It is set among 12 acres of woodland and the guest suites are next to the main building to provide guests with privacy.

Review 2：First came a welcome from Tony, to what is his home with Gordon. A truely inspirational house and story surrounding the development of this architectural delight, and in a stunning position. Once in our rooms, true luxury. They have thought carefully about all those things that make a holiday special. Beautifully designed and decorated with luxury toiletries Homemade biscuits, fudge and jelly babies( which I have never liked before) but these were just moorish. Sorry but I had to consume all ! Then came breakfast, full menu all freshly made by Tony, and assisted by Gordon in his spare time ! I don't know how you do it but thank you. You made our stay very special We're be spreading the word. Kindest regards Lisa & Kevan
Review 3：Absolutely nothing. Was thinking of lying in a basket on their doorstep and seeing if they'd adopt me as their own. Love these Guys. Forget going to the spa. See these guys, eat the biscuits, lie in the bed. Come home healed. Amen.

Review 6：A very warm welcome from Tony and Gordon to what is basically their fabulous home with added individual guest rooms. Fantastic location and superb room ( oak) very clean with everything you need. Very comfy bed, great bath and walk in shower. High quality fittings fixtures and furniture. Great tea and coffee with real milk , bottled water and home made fudge and biscuits. Lovely outside area. Breakfast was one of the best we have had very well cooked fantastic choice and very tasty.Overall a wonderful place to stay with a very high luxury factor well worth spoiling yourselves. Owners could not do enough for you they even email you a list of places to eat before you arrive and print of weather forecasts for you. . Hope to visit again in the future Thank you Tony and Gordon for a truly wonderful stay Chris and Angela
Review 7：Everything - the attention to detail was great.
Review 8：Everything ... but specifically: Very friendly greeting, even when we arrived late in the evening. Rooms are luxurious and then some. There is lots of light and space. Bathrooms are fitted to a very high standard and stocked with decent quantities of quality products. Breakfast is cooked to order and you talk to the chef during breakfast. the food quality is excellent. All in all a wonderful place to stay and relax.
Review 9：Everything was perfect from start to finish. Architecture and design of property is stunning. Our hosts were very attentive and very helpful, breakfasts were delicious and our room was very comfortable.
Review 10：Everything. We could park our car at check in and not use it again until checkout. The pub was walking distance and the ferry to Dartmouth too.
