Review 1：Excellent food, nice panorama wellness with relaxing atmosphere, hotel shuttle service to glacier cabin lift, all the staff servicing us during the stay.

Review 2：Nice SPA area (the upstair part was recently refurished whereas the swimming pool seemed a little older) and beautiful relax room. Free drinks in the afternoon snack. The free Stubai Card gives you access to all the cable in the valley plus the free entrance to many resorts.

Review 3：Other parents letting their children run up and down corridors and jumping off beds, every night we got thump thump thump from upstairs not having any respect for other people in the hotel. Not the hotels fault at all but its a shame some parents think that no control is needed. (I write this as a parent of a young child)

Review 10：Helpfulness of the staff, cleanliness, lovely welcoming rooms. We had a problem with the first room (the balcony was shared with other rooms), and it was instantly changed, we were moved to a room with a private balcony with a stunning view of the mountains.

Review 20：It´s located on a very beautiful village, very good for relax and enjoy the nature. It´s close to the Stubai Glacier. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Also, the breakfast and diner are delicious, and it gets better with the very sympatic and kind waitresses.

Review 23：Dinner food is absolutely too salty and the cook probably prepares it from pre-products and powders especially when it comes to cakes and souces. You can really taste the fake whipped cream or the taste enhancers in the food which is a big disapointment especially if you are used to freshly made home cooking rather than sauses from a powder package. Breakfast is OK but really boring for a 4**** hotel. Spa is way too hot and stuffy even with windows open.

Review 24：The hotel staff is extremely nice and friendly. We ablso got an upgrade upon arrival. WiFi internet was extremely fast so I could ski in the morning and work in the evening. There is a children play ground in front of the hotel so it is great for families.

Friendly and helpful driver transport us from/to skiarea everyday. Sauna and other facility are clean and confortable touse. Lots of extra towels are provided for each room for using atsauna/pool.

Review 27：The village was deserted, even though it was the middle of winter. Allshops closed between 12.00 and 15.00.

Review 28：Great skiing possibilities nearby, the Stubai Gletscher is 15 minutesaway by car. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus to this place for free,you can go anytime you want to.
