Review 1：Excellant accomadation close to the station, 10 minutes walk from City Centre, and about 10 minutes walk to local Restaurants for evening meal(Hyde Park Microbrewery and a wetherspoons)

Review 3：Great Location , Hosts are very welcoming and very helpful and friendly. The building has been renovated to a very high standard and has been decorated with a perfect blend of old and new , local artists paintings cover the walls which you can purchase if something takes your fancy. Our twin room was spacious ,and spotlessly clean, shower facilities were excellent , bed was comfy , breakfast was top notch - great place ,we were in Plymouth for business but it felt like we were on holiday!
Review 4：Road can be noisy so unable to open the window at night. Bed was not the most comfortable. So didn't sleep too well.
Review 5：Karen and Chris were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast is cooked to order so is lovely and fresh. Would have liked a fish option too.
Review 6：I had trouble getting the temperature right on the shower. I froze then burnt. Just not used to the set up. 4th floor room was a struggle for me.
Review 7：Very friendly owners, clean rooms. Good guidance for things to do in Plymouth. I was helped at check in to get my suitcase to my room. Breakfast had a good variety. Limited parking on site but plenty of alternatives quite close.

Review 9：I think the only thing I could mark them down on would be that they did not replace the towels on the second day and they were still wet when I wanted to shower in the evening No shower mat so the floor was wet
Review 10：The decor in his guest house is very tasteful and spotlessly clean. The husband and wife owners are very nice, friendly and very helpful. I had a full English the first morning and I must say it is the very best full English I have ever had at a guest house or 4 star hotel. Would definitely return
