Review 1：I missed my flight and arrived next day. Having emailed them not to cancel my booking and my approval to charge the first night, they modified my booking and charged me for my actual stay. Ah, and they stayed up late to wait for my arrival.
Review 2：As said, you need 15-20 min to reach the most famous spots in the French Basque Country, but, if you know it and you want to have a relaxing vacation... it is THE ideal place.
Review 3：Good base to visit French Basque Cauntry, although a bit far (10-15km) from the main cities in the region (Bayonne, Biarritz, Saint Jean de Luz). However, the town of Saint Pee sur Nivelle is delicious (very nice gardens behind the church, authentic atmosphere) and the Hotel is nice and tidy and the staff very friendly
Review 4：Good value, stayed there for 2 nights. If you're visiting the region by car it's a very affordable and mostly pleasant stop.
Review 5：they didnt change the towels as often as i would've liked but I'm sure they wouldnt have minded giving me fresh ones had I asked.
