Review 1：The toilet was way too rough and spartan. This needs a real improvement. It's quite clear the hotel is new and it is not functioning at its 100%. Swimming pool bar was closed.

Review 2：Nice apartments close to Elia Beach. You need a car to get there. Superb swimming pool and kind of design furniture. Staff really willing to help.

Review 3：We were picked up from the ferry. Lovely apartment and staff very friendly and helpful. It would of been great to have had a shuttle to the beach as we didn't hire a car. Beds soooo comfortable and really clean and contemporary styled. We would come back but would definately hire a car as there are no restaurants within walking distance. We wish them luck with these new apartments. Thanks for looking after us!!

Review 4：Don't have a pool bar working because the complex opened very only two week ago. Suggestion open as soon as possible.

Review 8：The location means that you pretty much need to have some sort of transport. The walk from the beach is a good 20 minutes up a very steep hill without a safe shoulder to walk along.

Review 10：Luxury is a far cry from the reality of this property given the present construction still happening at the site. On more than 2 occasions we were woken up to banging/hammering. Our refrigerator door was broken and we feared getting billed for it, but thankfully were not. There is a lot of ambiguity over what the hotel offers as a complimentary service and what is not. I would get full details if you're staying and are expecting lifts from A to B, etc.

Review 11：The staff were awesome. Ponayotes (Hotel Manager) was very accommodating, personally picking us up at the airport and arranging our drop off at no cost. The staff washed and folded our dirty clothing at no cost and generally all staff were very nice and pleasant.

Review 12：Located in the best area of Mykonos, Elia beach. The suites are brand new and extremely comfortable. Fully air conditioned, and luxurious equipped. The personnel is very polite and helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel.
