Review 1：There is a heliport literally 2 meters away from my bedroom, very noisy. Sunbeds at the pool are always packed. Music at the pool is not cool and very loud (playing Leona Lewis remix as an example). The staff try to be friendly but they end up being robotic and fake, constantly asking "how are you this morning", "welcome back", in fact the same receptionist said "welcome back" twice in less than 1 minute.

Review 3：Incredible hotel! Could not fault it. Exceptional food and service! Location is stunning, our view from our room was amazing. We loved the free shuttle into town and to the beach.

Review 4：I stayed at Utopia on the last day of my trip and was disappointed. There was a pregnant cat roaming around the pool and restaurant area all day meowing and pestering guests for food. When you went hear the cat it tried to bite you. It was meowing ALL DAY. Builders were drilling below the pool area which went on all morning till I complained to a member of staff who then spoke to management and stopped the drilling. I should not have had to ask them to stop. I asked a member of staff to book a taxi for 7:30pm to the airport so that I had time to get one last sunset drink before I left. They then told me the taxi will arrive in 10 mins meaning we had no time to stay and had to leave. I asked them to change it and they said its too late, the driver is on route. A 5 star service is about consistency. You cant offer 5 star one day and 3 star then next.

Review 5：I stayed at Utopia on the first and last day of my trip to Mykonos. The first visit was amazing and I could not fault the service or experience.
