Review 1：We scheduled a very early morning departure. Staff knew of this and asked us to pay for our stay the night before. When we tried to leave hotel next morning, all doors were locked, lights were out and no one was around. We literally had to break out of a side door we thankfully could unlock (not a main door at all!).
Review 2：As our German Language skills are lacking would have loved an english translation on some of the menus. We enjoyed the experience and consider that part of traveling.

Review 8：Our room was fantastic the fact it had one English Channel ( news ) was not ,especially in this era of ease and cheaply aquired media , also no DVD (also the price of a half decent bottle of wine these days ) gave the impression of f@"ck the English as many other languages where well represented . Odd as English is the globally recognised international tongue.
Review 9：Where to start!!! Didn't arrange taxi at airport which had beenconfirmed over email. We asked for difference back and were told by thereceptionist that she would have to pay as it was her mistake. Wewouldn't take the money off her and she wasn't allowed to give themanagers details! Spoke to reception manager who was rude and said 'thisis a family hotel'...they don't treat their reception staff like it is.Double rooms are small, too hot and have paper thin walls, moved and thesecond room was slightly better but still not a 4star or good value formoney. Best advice I can give is don't stay here!!
