Review 1：Wifi coverage was poor and the bed was uncomfortable and small for us.

Review 2：The staff were lovely and helpful. Nice view from the garden. Breakfast was good, the parking facility is excellent. Daily room cleaning was great. They helped us hiring a car and taxi every time with reasonable prices.

Review 3：May be the hotel was good 50 years ago. Needs meintenance and repairs. The pictures are not as the same that hotel posts. There was a dog outside and when you come late, you have to face with him.

Review 9：When we booked this hotel, I wasn't expecting that it can be verygood hotel (for the price 24 euro). When we arrived, it look like youare back in 80's, but very clean simple rooms, renovated bathrooms.Bed looked also simple and again but we never sleeped better at otherhotels (much more expensive) before! All the rooms are directed to thesee (very nice view to see and mountines). Close by is very nice sandbeach. The area is very quite. We have seen only Britisch elder touristsat the hotel. The stuff is very friendly and hospitable. 20Min drive bycar from airport. Very clean swimming pool good dinners (take halfboard12euro/person).

Review 10：the bed was not comfortable, the wifi did not work too well, the diner is no bufet and you can not choose you're own food. there were a lot of musqitos.

Review 12：The room was very simple/shabby, with old furniture and sad plastic flowers. Towels were not super clean and the bathroom needed quite a bit of renovation.

Review 13：From our room (#118) we had a great view over the swimming pool and the Karavados/Lourdata bay. Breakfast was ok. We did not try the set menu (€12) which is probably good for British and Russian guests (the majory/totality of the guests in the hotel), but ordered instead à la carte and spent more or less the same amount of money. The quality and quantity was fairly good. Maria, the receptionist, was very nice and friendly, as well as the waiters in the restaurant.

Review 14：Rooms up to about 113,114 have a very restricted sea view,due to roofs of buildings.I would recommend asking for a room on the top floor.Furnishings were very dated and our TV didn't work.There seemed to be a great shortage of staff.We only dined one evening as one waiter Christopher,valiantly attempted to serve all the guests in the Hotel with food and drinks and man the bar.

Review 17：We enjoyed the pool, we enjoyed the view. The hotel is located about 10 minutes away from the beach.

Papa Dimitris is clinging on, whilst the talented next generation is held back from restoring former glories.

Review 23：We had such a relaxing time at KBH and the staff really make you feel at home. We used KBH as a base for travelling around the island but equally enjoyed relaxing at the hotel pool or popping down to the local beach. If you're staying at KBH (and anywhere in Kefalonia to be honest) I'd recommend hiring a car to get around the island as it's a quiet location (a positive attribute overall though). The hotel serves food (fair at best) and there are two local tavernas down by the beach but you can really sample some amazing food by venturing on some 15 minute drives to other local restaurants (Enastron, La Mer and Klimatis were all amazing). As a base for sleeping, buffet brekkie, chilling by the pool, grabbing the odd snack or a late night drink, it ticked all the boxes. Plus, it didn't have the tacky vibe that Lassi can offer in places. Once again, the staff went out of their way to help and advise us to make sure we experienced all the best parts of the island!
