Reviews for Mont Blanc Alpine Estate
Review 1：Cleaning charges extortionate and not displayed adequately enough in the small print. E250 for cleaning and linen on top of the cost of the apartment was not expected - puts the affordability of the apartment out of the region of a self catered apartment. No hand wash or soap provided in bathrooms. One toilet roll supplied per bathroom. No milk, no tea, no coffee. Friends checking in to another apartment in the building were told that the reception was 'closed' and would not open for another 3 hours stating that this is not a hotel with a 24 hour check-in service, incidentally their apartment cleaning charge was even higher!! Check out was a breeze, a letter the night before said that deductions from our pre-authorised credit card details would be made if anything was left that the cleaners had to remove i.e bin bags or clean plates in the dishwasher, it also stated that it would help them immensely if we could strip the beds and put all of the towels and linen in one bedroom for the cleaners to collect, for E250 I was expecting to be able to keep the towels... The garage door broke which meant it was left in the open position for 2 nights rendering their secure parking and ski/boot rooms a little redundant. Beams in the underground car park are different heights - watch out with a 4x4 and a roof box.
Review 2：The tiles in the bathroom were nice. Well situated for the beginners/nursery slope.
Review 3：Unjustified linen fee, euro 13/person, and final cleaning fee, 150 euros although no regular cleaning service or materials provided at all. Front desk is available limited hours a day.

Review 5：Only one slight complaint and it really is more of a double edged sword - the valley is a bit remote so it takes quite a bit of driving through mountain roads to get anywhere which means trips to other places such as Chamonix can take a large chunk of your day. But the remoteness of the valley also adds to its charm.
Review 6：Beautiful valley, friendly staff, clean and comfortable apartment/unit. It worked very well for our large family. Nearby grocery store was bigger than expected and has everything you could need. Several outstanding restaurants are in the area as well.

Review 16：This apartment was pure luxury, certainly 5* and the beds were fantastic with memoryfoam mattresses. The apartment was very modern with beautiful bathrooms and fantastic views and close to 3 ski lifts. The spa area and games room were also of the very highest quality. We cant wait to go back next year.
