Review 1：The wasn't a mirror in the room to do hair and macukp. So was tricky to straight hair or dry hair with out a mirror new a plug

Review 5：Being new to the area, and using a maps app to get us there, at first it appeared to be staying a house, although it does say to book into the hotel at first this was a little daunting. Maybe some photographs or specify direction of where to check in would be off some benefit.

Review 13：The room wasn't finished there were wires sticking out of the wall. No phone to contact reception and mobile signal was poor. Free wifi did not work and 3/4G signal not good so unable to access the internet. Only one chair in the double room and this was a dining chair not a comfortable chair therefore had to sit on the bed. This was ok as we were only for 1 night but wouldn't be good for longer stays. Outside of the building was also not finished and the back garden full of rubbish which was very unsightly. Parking very limited all double yellows on the streets nearby. We felt a bit let down that we were charged full price when the rooms were not finished.
Review 14：All brand new and very clean. Very nicely decorated, close to the sea front. Staff quite friendly but didn't over do it. Lovely meal at night.
Review 15：Bed was hard.no where to put clothes and room was not finished as back garden was full of rubbish and when it rained dripped on to the plastic in the garden as the guttering was not finishef and got charged £104 per night for this.tv turned itself on both nights about 3 am staff not very friendly at first breakfast
