Review 1：Staff extremely professional and helpful. Amazing location and balcony has fantastic views. Breakfast and Dinner was perfect. Plenty of parking and close walk to the center. Definitely a repeat for us next year.

Review 3：The family-run hotel was so welcoming to us over the Christmas holidays. Made us feel very special! The hotel has great parking and a bus stop to get to the ski slopes right in front of the hotel itself! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodated our every wish.

Review 13：I stayed with my oldest daughter. We loved the charming lobby, very cosy dinning room, sauna & exercise room. The food at breakfast and dinner was very good. WiFi worked everywhere which is not common in larger hotels. In one word-Outstanding Hotel !!

Review 14：Smoking allowed in the bar. It makes everything smell! Where we are fromit is illegal to smoke in public enclosed spaces as it poses a hazard tothe public and staff. No air con. Room was very hot at times.

Review 15：Great breakfast and dinner with good choices and daily variety. Veryquite location at rear of hotel facing pool. Fridge in room handy forshop bought supplies. Ideal for walking trails. Bus stops outsidealthough not very frequent. Other buses are available in the town, 10minutes walk away. Mostly older repeat customers although thatdidn't bother us. Room serviced daily and properly supplied withtowels, toilet rolls and cleaned. Overall we really enjoyed staying atthis hotel and would recommend it.

Review 16：Uncomfortable bed, bulky wooden bed / headboard made it impossibleto sit on the bed leaning on the wall to reading or watching tv, verysmall old tv, no bathrobe in the room for going to sauna.
