Review 1：The room fronted a very busy, noisy road. To allow air into the room thewindow had to be propped open. It was the worst nights sleep I thinkI've ever had.
Review 2：It was over quickly, I had originally planned to stay for 4 nights!Booking.com had said it was 12.2 miles away from where I needed to bebut that was the distance across the mouth of the River Humber!!!!!!!!!Not around the estuary?When I arrived and told the Receptionist that itwas too far from the site that I was working on in Withernsea (it wasthat far away she had never heard of it) I was still charged for thefollowing day????
Review 3：The beds were covered in a protection mattress that made me wet !! And the pillows were horrible you could see where your head had been !! And for the price we paid the breakfast wasn't included very expensive for what we had !!

Review 5：No toilet in the room, had to go down a flight of stairs. Cobwebs hanging down from the room ceiling. Not worth £55.00 without breakfast. Had to park 1 mike away!!! The owner said all Booking.com clients expect breakfast - and they do not get breakfast!!

Review 8：Wonderful , friendly staff, even after a blip with the hot water (not their fault) we all made a laugh and joke about it :-) the wonderful staff remembered our preference to breakfast and made us feel so welcome. Even though our kids were very noisy and loud they never complained and we are so lucky to have chosen that place to stay! We will come again! (Probably just not with kids this time hehe!) thank you!
