We found the food to be excellent, we ordered off menu and the chef delivered every time. The tapas we particularly loved. The room beautifully cleaned every day with great attention to detail. Each member of staff had been trained well & we discovered the owners had requested staff leave other areas of the business to work at the hotel, as they spoke better english so could understand our requests & translate... we stayed two weeks and found the whole experience impeccable.
