Residenza l 'Alivetu sells fast on our site. Located on the hillside between Cargèse and the beach, this residence features an outdoor swimming pool with sea views. Residenza l’Alivetu is just a 25-minute drive from the Piana Calanches hills.
All apartments offer views of the sea or garden, some include a private balcony, while others include a garden. They are complete with private bathroom and shower and a fully equipped kitchenette.
Outside seating is provided in all apartments allowing opportunity for al fresco dining. There is also a shared BBQ at the residence and apartments for disabled guests are available.
The residence is situated just 1,300 feet from Alivetu of Menasina beach. Cargèse centre is a 5-minute drive away and free private parking is available on site.

Review 1：Wi-fi was rather weak but enough to download emails. At the end of the day it was a good opportunity for a rehab by staying offline :) Further, my Italian neighbour was forced to use his cell phone to inform his mommy about eating naturale insalata for dinner. Thanks god he was not online… :)
Review 2：Location itself is great – outside Cargese (Menasina) thus it is quite calm. Magnificent panorama view on the see; you can hear the waves in the morning/evening. No issues with parking. The swimming pool is a good alternative to the beach, anyway more suitable for adults due to the depth (>2m). English speaking staff, not bothering, with a vast of trust – to check out just leave the key in the key lock. Travelling from Bastia to Cargese will give you a big picture what makes Corsica so unique. The way to the beach is a little bit steep but… you gain a lot of space on not overcrowded beach. I am looking forward travelling to Corsica next year on my motorbike and will ask for accommodation at Residenza Alivetu again.
