Review 1：Very old building and furniture, the rooms pictures are fake.. You can hear any person talking in any room so no privacy. Its the worst place i have stayed at ever.

Review 5：The room was a bit shabby and not cozy at al. The bathroom was smelly and the water not very warm. It was very cold in the room. We travel to Pertisau each year. This hotel was not the best one. Not recommended.

Nearness to mountain lift and boat trips around the lake. Views of mountains of Lake Achensee. I thought Pertisau was the best resort around the lake.

Review 9：The Pertisauhof is a bit run down. There were no lights in the corridors sometimes making it dark at night and sometimes the hoover was simply left lying around.

Review 10：It's cheaper to stay here than in the 4 star Kristall hotel to which this is affiliated. All guests can use the health spa in the hotel. The rooms were spacious and cosy and the breakfast in the morning was nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Review 11：The breakfast is very limited. They do boil eggs when asked, but no one tells you this. The decor is a bit shabby, and a bit dusty, but otherwise very clean and comfortable.

Review 12：The ability to use the spa at Hotel Kristal. The location is perfect, plenty of bars, restaurants nearby, and the lake is only 5 minutes walk away. Boat rentals and water activities are very close-by. A beach bag with towels is provided, which is a nice touch.

Review 22：We were upgraded to the Krystall hotel instead of our booking at Pertisauerhof. The Krystall was AMAZING. We had a lovely dinner there and several nice glasses of wine over two afternoons and evenings. The pools were wonderful the whole spa area is wonderful. We cannot believe we were this lucky! The fact you can stay at the Pertisauerhof and still get to use the spa, and get breakfast is great too. The breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from. We had a set table for breakfast, and one morning I found out why... we had our drinks bill from the previous night left there ;) I cannot thank the Krystall enough for upgrading us, it really made my visit to Pertisau special.

Review 23：It felt a little sad, unloved. Lights were out in the stairs. A sign on the door directed us to get the keys for our rooms at Cristal. Their staff members were excellent but I don't think any staff member was on site at Pertisau in afternoon, evening, night.

Review 24：Pertisau was owned/ run by a much more upscale hotel, Cristal? not sure of the spelling. We were welcome to use their luxurious pools, outdoor sitting area. Rooms came with a beach bag with 2 beach towels. Nice touch. Room for four had two bedrooms.
