Reviews for Haydn House
Review 1:The positives totally override the negatives, but we will still have to mention some things that only slightly put us off: Some dusty furniture, no phone in the room and the fact that no one replaced our towels or cleaned the room after us for as long as we were there (4 nights). We are not fussy people however and this did not bother us too much. Having to take our shoes off to go to our room though was quite weird. Not a big issue, just something we are not used to back in our home country.
Review 2:This was the most comfortable and pleasant stay we've ever had! Our room was lovely, had a marvelous view and we felt right at home from day one. Our hostess was exceptionally friendly and incredibly informative, always happy to cater to our needs. The location was also a big plus. We honestly felt sad to leave!
Review 3:Nothing
Review 4:Lovely hosts, freshly cooked breakfast that sets you up all day. Comfortable and clean rooms. Great location, near all the Glastonbury attractions, the High street shops, good pubs etc. Nice quiet street, even at throwing out time! We have stayed in lots of places in Glastonbury, with differing experiences and never felt they were good enough to return to. But this is definitely the place we will return to for future visits!
Review 5:Nothing. Honestly nothing!
Review 6:Everything was superb!! Great location just a few steps from High st. Shopping, room was clean, beautiful and beautifully scented. Hosts were great and welcoming and breakfast was delicious.
Review 7:It would have been helpful to have been told about the wifi as it is crucial for a traveler or to refer to options .

Review 9:We loved everything - no fault to find :)
Review 10:My daughter (9) and I loved every minute of our stay at Haydn House. The Abby Suite was beautiful, roomy and comfortable, the sheets sparkling white (so soft!) and the beds dreamy. WiFi too. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of menu and our hosts welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Review 14:Can't fault it
Review 15:Sharon & John were the perfect hosts. After a long drive down , we were met at the door with a hug & a cuppa. They were so welcoming it felt like being at home. The breakfast was a real English breakfast with loads of extra tea/coffee & toast & the facilities are 10/10. I can't fault it & will definitely stay there again .
Review 16:This place is in a great location just off the high street next to the abbey which afforded great views. The welcome was great and the hosts were the perfect combination of welcoming, friendly and respectful of space. I had a great stat and would definitely stay again :-)
Review 17:The house was lovely, the location is great in 5 min you can get to anywhere. The breakfast was really tasty, with vegetarian and vegan options. The staff made us feel at home.
Review 18:Nothing - everything was very good.
Review 19:Everything - lovely proprietors, fantastic breakfasts, great location right by the Abbey, Tor and Chalice Well, extremely comfortable bed (better than mine at home)
Review 20:Our top floor suite, in Haydn House had fabulous views over the Abbey. It was neat, clean, and had everything you could need, from a full size fridge, to a large bathroom (Shower only) and a huge comfy bed! Our hosts, Sharon, Jon (and Domino, the dog) made us feel extremely welcome. Even though we had tea making facilities, in the room, Sharon made us a very welcome pot of tea, on arrival. The breakfasts were like Sharon and Jon, themselves - warm and generous. We would recommend this B&B to anyone.
Review 21:What was there not to like ?? My stay was perfect. Actually considering staying again in 2016 when I make my second trip to England. On a scale of one to 10, with ten being at the top , I give Haydn House a 12 !!! The staff were top notch , the house very comfy and breakfast was excellent !! I high recommend staying at Haydn House.

Review 55:Careful of traffic wardens in the surrounding area (according to a local resident, they are pretty ruthless so don't take any risks letting your parking ticket expire in the car park!)
