Review 1：Wasn't told about breakfast at all. I didn't realise it was included until I later looked at the website. En-suite would have been nice but was explained it was not available.
Review 2：Very warm welcome, room was basic but pleasant and clean. Nice to see a modern tv in the room. Very friendly. Excellent position in the centre of town, close to all amenities.
Review 3：We had family room, it was no where near big enough wouldn't like to have stayed more than 1 night no storage space. Had to cross very busy road for breakfast not ideal with young child.

Review 8：The room was comfortable and clean with enough space. The area was ok and not too far from central Cleethorpes. It was also quiet at night so were able to sleep well.
Review 9：owner/manager made it plain that he didn't want to provide breakfast (more or less said so & told us we could get it down the sea front for the same price as he would charge). Given this is a b&"B" i expected to be able to get breakfast!
