Review 1：Food at pool side restaurant slightly overpriced. Shuttle service back to hotel ends at 12.30am too early for a late night out, and not real alternatives.

Review 7：Horrible bed. Like sleeping on a rock. The spa area was nice, however I spent 50 euro for a pedicure that was done on a chair with a blanket thrown over it and a plastic tub to soak my feet. Definitely not the spa experience I expected from an upscale hotel.

Review 13：Our reservation was 4 months in advance for a full sea view room, but we were given a room with a view of buildings and pipes. Upon objection they changed it with a partial sea sea view room, saying the hotel is full.Bathroom facilities separated with a curtain is not comfortable at all.They ran out of black tea in the breakfast, so we had to drink coffee.My 5th time in Mykonos at similar class places,I 'd put this one to the bottom.

Review 16：The quality of the hotel was even better than expected. The staff and service in the hotel was really awesome. The location of the hotel is nice for people who want to be isolated from the noisy beaches of Mykonos. The restaurants in the hotel are superb.

Review 17：Female Receptionists a little stern and not the most helpful. Wifi was only working in the lobby during our stay. No sheets on the bed. The food was over salted besides at Utopia. There were not enough sunbeds to accommodate us so we had to go to other pools. The hot tub temperature wasn't working the first 2 nights. There is mould on the spa pool!

Review 19：there seemed to be a lot of senior staff (they were in suits and in dresses) most were not very friendly and had a very domineering and judge mental feel about them. However the waiting staff and house keeping were absolutely amazing, effiecient and very courteous. We did see one senior member address one girl in length near the pool area. You weren't able to hear the conversation however she was clearly upset and the senior staff member very abrupt with hand gestures etc. as a manager myself if there is an issue or you must address something with a collegue you do it in private. Very humiliating for the girl and unprofessional. No room directory, no bar fridge menu/pricing and when enquired on two occasions we were quite rudely brushed off and were left with no pricing etc. We called room service one evening and ordered 2 bottles of water as the mini bar was not restocked from our first day of arriving (we consumed the 2 small bottles of water that were in the fridge that ended up being €3 each which was fine). We paid €16 for the 2 bottles of water that we ordered through room service ($22 Aus for 2L of water) which was just ridiculous especially considering you can't drink the water from the tap in Greece!

Review 20：The hotel was lovely and had a very relaxed vibe. The day spa and Thalasso pools were beautiful and also very relaxing. Pool and bar/snack service was fantastic and the staff would go above just to ensure everything was perfect. The restaurant for dinner had a lovely ambient feel and great food. The shuttle service to mykonos town and the airport etc was very helpful, effiecient and always on time - a great added bonus! Overall we loved this hotel and would return.

Review 21：Great service based on the highly professional stuff! Everything was fine an the "special birthday chocolate" was a very nice surprise by the hotel. I keep on telling my friends every time the ask me about the trip :) It was a great pleasure and we´ll definitely come back again!

Review 58：The bar staff did not know the liquor list. Everytime we ordered a cocktail (ie- vodka martini, gin & tonic) it was an absolute ordeal and took forever...always ending in something not quite drinkable. We ordered a whisky on the rocks and were handed a beer...you get the idea. Room Service kept knocking on our door EVERY DAY to clean/turn down the room even though we had the 'do not disturb' button on. By the 5th day my husband was losing his patience. Lastly, we scheduled spa treatments and my husband got the shorter version of the one he booked (altho he was charged for the shorter one, so it was fine in the end). Wifi didn't work in our room, but was fine down by the pool. All in all, these issues were fairly minor in comparison with everything else that was excellent during our stay.

Review 59：Staff was absolutely exceptional. The friendliest, most accommodating staff at the pool and restaurants. Beautifully designed hotel...very 'Lalanne-esque'....lots of areas to lounge inside and outside. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever had (and I work in the hotel industry). Beds were comfortable, views were great and everything was spotlessly clean. Pool area is wonderful and always had great music playing. Would definitely recommend for a romantic and relaxing get away.

Review 61：It was a bit far from the main town so if you are looking to be closer to party scene then perhaps not for you. But if you are looking to relax and enjoy a great beach, its perfect. We did not like that a guy was fixing something outside our private pool. It disturbed our peace. And it took a while before he was told to leave. Also did not like that my husband was taken into the womens locker room by mistake and i was taken into the mens locker room.

Review 64：Overall it was a very good experience. The Villa Collection is a very nice and trendy hotel, the personnel service and attention was very good. I believe the hotel location is great, it allows you to enjoy a quiet and peaceful view, Elia beach is just about 20 minutes away from Mykonos downtown and the hotel shuttle bus works very well with multiple scheduled hours. The food in both, breakfast and dinner was fantastic, the pool area is very well accommodated and comfortable. The SPA is the best, excellent service, my wife and I enjoyed it very much. Very nice hotel!
