Review 1：Would be better if room had coffee making facility, plus a varied choice of fruit at breakfast (several days it was just apples yet there was a pomegranate tree full of fruit in the hotel grounds)

Review 3：-The only bad thing important (and quite serious for me) is that the mattresses are very uncomfortable and old. It need renovation now !. - Breakfast a bit late (it should start at 7). - No wifi in the rooms (in the lounge it goes well). - It would be interesting to have a small fridge in the rooms.

Review 9：We loved our holiday here. Nicholas and all the family made us so welcome and were hospitable and friendly without being 'in your face'! They really couldn't have been more helpful and attentive to all your needs. The view, pool, breakfast and the evening meals all fantastic. We can't recommend the philoxenia more highly. We usually go to villas but our stay here has changed our minds and we will be going back. If you want a well located but quiet place for a truly Greek experience amongst a lovely family run hotel then this is the place!
Review 10：Since in Greece it's very hot we would have liked to have a fridge in the room. But at the same time there is a restaurant in the hotel and many shops nearby. Also, when we asked the owner to take some of our things to his fridge he was more than happy to help us.

Review 13：WiFi was very unstable. Pool needed a light cleaning. Breakfast was too basic and "old fashioned". Please chop down the trees on the opposite site of the hotel.. it's blocking the otherwise beautiful view a bit.
Review 14：The family who ownes the hotel are so incredibly welcoming, open and serviceminded. You get a feeling of not just staying at a hotel, but staying with the family owning the hotel. The hotel is very good value for money, the rooms are comfortable, clean and the view is excellent. Me and my girlfriend will definitely return to this hotel again. Highly recommended!
Review 15：The whole family who run the hotel will make you feel like you're at a home away from home and will always assist you with any queries. The location is perfect, a little out of the resort of Massouri, which makes it a quiet and peaceful hotel and has amazing views of Telendos, especially at sunset
