Review 16：From the moment we walked into The Burlington we were made to feel right at home, I cannot find one fault with this hotel, the staff, facility's, location, everything is brilliant!! I see all the reviews about the breakfast but as it is stated before you book people should be prepared for the continental breakfast and not be hoping for something the hotel doesn't offer, and doesn't claim to offer, I myself would of liked a cooked breakfast but the staff at breakfast made up for it as they will try and do all they can to make your stay the best possible, I loved it here and can't wait to come again. :-D

Review 27：There is a small car park but access is difficult. The staff helpfully told me that if I get in, I may not be able to get out once more residents arrived. Parking on nearby street reasonably convenient and free. Not much of a view from my room. With the window open you get the full flavour of the nightlife! Breakfast was continental. I didn't ask and wasn't offered any cooked breakfast. Some might be disappointed. Aesthetically, the glass fronted reception located at the end of the corridor, is reminiscent of US police drama Queens hotel.
Review 28：This appears to be a newly refurbished hotel. It is located close to the sea front.The room had a large ensuite shower room. The tea and coffee facilities were generous and toiletries were provided. The staff were welcoming. I was offered help with my baggage and shown to my room. A first in a very long time.

Review 30：no cooked breakfast for the money we paid very disappointed even the so called continental breakfast was rubbish cheap bread to toast no fresh croissant very disappointed. The bed was comfortable but the quilt was a winter quilt to heavy for summer couldn't sleep for one of the staff talking loud outside late at night after she had been out think she had only been there couple of weeks.

Review 66：The Burlington is a little gem, check in was quite strange, as this was a company booking I paid with company card, with myself being the named account holder. I was asked to produce proof of the business (never had this before anywhere) to which I insisted I had nothing and the chip and pin and my own personal bank card should be proof enough. The chap was being over the top really and his interrogation unnecessary but this was the only negative. The rooms were beautiful and well equipped, I don't know how anyone could find fault with this place it's really lovely.

Review 117：The lobby/entrance requires some form of sound proofing on the wood laminated flooring. During the really late/early hours, night personnel or guests can be heard walking from the front door to rooms or the reception area. It's not really a major issue, however, this was loud enough to disturb me being in a front downstairs room.

Always willing to assist with eating out or site seeing recommendations. My room was very well appointed and well accessorized. With good food to start your busy day. A variety of good restaurants close by. Ideally situated for Lincolnshire travel and vicinity. Definitely a keeper and one place I will to return to, and recommend to others.

Unfortunately, for the price we paid which was £20 more than before this made the stay not good value for money - noise from road at rear and inside hotel disturbed our morning. If we stay again (and we will) and room 5 is allocated I will refuse the booking altogether.
