Review 1：Re-directed to another guest house due to checking-in times. I did not finish work until 19:30 and could not get to the house until 20:15 so was sent to another staffed guest house.

Review 2：Close to all amenities

Review 3：Every day me and my colleague came back from work neither of our towels had been changed to clean fresh ones in the entire week we had been there, and there was only the initial greeting when we ever seen anyone on the premise. The locks on the windows didnt work so there was always a chill in the room due to not being able to close the window properly and for the heating to then be put on at around 9pm to ease the chill. All in all theres not very much chance i'd stay there again i'd rather get in the van and return home if i had no other option or travel further afield. As for you get what you pay for i wouldnt have even paid £10 a night for what it was!

Review 4：There was confusion over payment when we arrived as a web payment had already been authorised a couple of days before. Rooms were nice enough but a little basic, also a shared bathroom was nice enough having been recently refurbished but it had a terrible shower system going hot and cold and had flow problems. Also £5 per head for breakfast, quite dear when you can head down to the seafront and get a great quality breakfast for two for about £6.

Review 5：Great location, close to the centre of Cleethorpes and great for nearby restaurants and nightlife!. Excellent links to both trains and buses. Staff were amenable when requesting to leave bags for a couple of hours after checking out.

Review 6：A low price for a single room. The room was warm and clean. A bargain some reviewers are unrealistic about what you get for this price. Close to a Wetherspoons.

Review 7：I was met by a very pleasant and helpful lady who told me about busses and other info I may have needed was in the foyer.. my stay was a pleasant one and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again x

Review 9：I didn't like the fact that when we TRIED to use the tap it snapped off for the simple reason that it's been siliconed on , I have messages from Mary saying she paid £100 for a new tap which it definitely is not a new tap, we have pictures which we will upload to clearly show who is lieing as I am getting blamed for breaking it LOL

Review 11：Beds were hard and pillows too. Room was cold at night. Noisy with people coming and going and playing pool in a near by room. I booked a twin room via Booking .com and got a double room. So in order to get a twin room we had to stay at a near by guest house owned by same owners as The Priory. On Booking .com it said that breakfast was included, but when I got there this was not the case. The room was very drab and basic with a broken bathroom cabinet and damp in the corner near the sink.

Review 14：Radiator came on at 2.30am.cldnt turn off so disturbed my sons sleep,he settled at 4.30 so went for a fag as i was in down stairs room i cld c thru two doors if my son needed me. got hassle of a drunk in between the front n middle doors, threatening n verbal abused. Rang assistance door bell loads of times for help but no manager on premises at nite. Was shook up n it scared myself n my child. Sent message to landlady but hadn't heard from her. Poor customer service!!! I cld of been beatened anything, he force his way in n i had to run to my room where i had my son. The Cleaner was very helpful in morning but manager i think it was sooo wrong of her to ignore the situation. I didn't sleep from being up at 2.30am n my son awake from 4.30am... He was too scared to go back to sleep! Disgusting n poor

Review 16：The noise of the traffic as it drove uphill on the main road outside. The very old divan beds which looked like they had been purchased from a second hand shop or clearance auction and the stained valance sheets that covered them.

Bathroom had lots of mould growing round the shower . Room was dirty and dusty. Room showed signs of major damp problem

Review 72：No staff to meet us just a phone no. to call. The wording in the ad implied en-suite but it was shared toilet. The messenger who let us in said he thought there were probably two women coming to prepare breakfast but he didn't know what time, we went without. Noisy road outside

Review 76：Unable to have a bath because someone had stolen the bath plug. Told off for sand near the room Electrical light switch dangling from ceiling with wires over the top of a shower cubicle in the bedroom. Cramped rooms Fridge sounded like a boiling kettle throughout the night, we thought we were on the beach all night, which is ironic because we went to the beach and brought some of the sand back with us. Shower was either freezing cold or red hot. We would be interested if any compensation is payable because of this

Review 81：Staff was very friendly. Whilst at cleethorpes another car ran into mine. The gentleman at the guest house gave us a post code for the garage and looked over the car for me. The landlady also offered us the use of the telephone if i had to call 0800 numbers so i didnt have to use my mobile. Also the beds in the room was really comfy and was in a good location to where we wanted to be and was very quiet and peaceful.

Review 82：The room smelt of drains and there was a large brown patch seeping through the ceiling. The mattress was uncomfortable, there were stains on the bedding and we slept really badly due to noisy guests and the staff cleaning the room next to us loudly at 8am on a Sunday. Then I went to have a shower the next morning and there was no hot water.Stayed October 2013

Review 83：The smell as we walked in , the decor, the plaster falling from the ceiling, the abrupt attitude of the staff , the fact we were asked to pay before we even got in the room and tried to charge more than the price so need I go on it was diabolical and definately will not be venturing on their doorstep again .., contractors may be happy there but not us !!

Review 85：Peeling wallpaper in the entrance and the stairs didn't make the place seem welcoming. There were no towels for us, no toilet roll in the toilet. We were awoken by the fire alarm ringing, so we just decided to pack our bag and leave.

Review 87：1. Poor decor ie wallpaper ripped in the hallway. 2. Over powering air-freshener, is it covering up something. 3. Bathroom which was a cupboard and the noisiest air con unit in history. 4. Curtains that wouldn't close. 5. Standard lamp which I dare not touch as the shade wobbled everywhere. 6. Would have benefited with full length mirrors if only in the bathrooms, as I was there for a wedding and had to assume the outfit was ok. Generally the whole place could do with a bit of money spending on it as it is in a prime location for the beach and local shopping.
