Review 1：The view from the balcony, backside of the hotel, looking into a mountain side. Recommends to reserve a room at the frontside of the hotel.

Review 4：There is a very friendly staff but they don't like to communicate in English. Half board was really good and enough in quantity. WIFI was available in the room and very fast. The room (comfort one) was large and clean.

Review 9：staff not very friendly. WIFI a disaster. our room faced out of the back of the hotel onto another building and a hill even though they were not even close to being busy. Why not give customers nice rooms? NO SOAP in the bathroom, at all. In this day and age one does expect some kind of soap.
