Review 1：At the end of your stay you can clean the apartment yourself or pay an additional fee but that doesn't include cleaning the fridge, microwave and hob. For a 3 bed apartment the charge was €100 which seemed slightly excessive as the apartment is a good size but not huge and didn't get that dirty.

Review 5：Outdoor pool was cold (perhaps it'll get warmer in late spring through summer). The 1F hallway would sometimes stink and the carpet had some stains/dirt (But, the staff did a great job in cleaning the inside of our apartment since when we checked in, everything was thoroughly cleaned).
Review 6：Prime location as it was right next to the beach/pier. Restaurants and bars nearby. New building and reasonably modern furnishings (ie. not retro feel). Paid wifi was strong. Free municipal parking nearby. Helpful and friendly staff. Great value for money.

Review 11：Communicating with Nemea headquarters for confirmation on baby cots and sea view not quick at all. A bit of help of Booking.com solved this problem.
