Review 1：the breakfast was very good apart from the bacon. it seemed to have been cooked at 6am and kept warm until i eat at 8.30. you did not cut it , you snapped it !!!

Review 3：Always wonderful! The rooms are fantastic- well appointed and spacious with the most amazing sea views!! The bar is very reasonably priced and the service excellent. Breakfast overlooking the sea is always a treat and the variety and quality of food is first rate.

Review 4：Unprecedented levels of customer service. The Manager here has good old fashioned values and curtesy evidenced by his willingless to waive the room charge following a fault. Fabulous location on the Seafront too. 10/10 from Me

Review 6：The hotel staff were great. Even after returning at 2am the night doorman made us coffee and brought it to us in the lounge with a few nibbles to keep us going. What service!

Review 7：No separate shower cubicle despite request and surprised by parking charge for guests. Always wanted to stay here after living in the area for several years but sadly disappointed by the overall experience. The hotel needs upgrading in some areas as competition is strong.

Review 9：Old fashioned type service, just as hotels used to be. Very helpful and friendly staff. Special mention for the barman, who organised a light meal for us in the lounge (they don't normally do that on busy Saturday nights). Lovely room with a sea view.

Review 10：the friendliness and helpfulness of staff.Breakfast delicious comfortable bed.Even though I stayed in a room not exactly looking out to sea because my room was at side of hotel i could still see the sea if i opened the windows and glanced sideways.although there was free wifi i didn't need to use it.

Review 14：I didn't get a session view but my friends did...I should have asked when I booked or checked in. The lounge is a little dated which gives the impression that the rooms might be and they absolutely are not...bedrooms are really nicely done.

Review 15：Room was lovely and the bathroom. Chap in the bar served us nightcaps even though we came in quite late. Lovely breakfast nicely served. I have never seen ham and tomato on breakfast menu before and it was delicious. I phoned to ask when we could check in and was told around lunchtime. .I said is one ok....the answer was yes no problem. No having to wait until the afternoon like some hotels. All relaxed and friendly.

Review 19：Excessive noise from the kitchen below the room and the vent outlets outside the window. This was an executive double room and the most expensive so why put it above the kitchen. Was noisy until around 11.30pm.

Review 22：The executive doubles have a sea view, which is probably the best in Cleethorpes. The room was excellent, bathroom was very clean and had a lovely bath. The breakfast was one of the best my wife had ever had.

Review 23：Lovely traditional hotel, second stay and couldn't fault it as usual. Incredible value for money. Rooms well decorated, had a sea view and it was gorgeous. Watching sunrise over the water was beautiful. Breakfast is cooked to order and is excellent.

Review 29：Our room overlooked the rear car park , and we were disturbed a lot by cars , people , and there was a door in the covered car park which banged very loudly quite often. There was a strannge loud humming/buzzing noise which woke us at 0715 on the sunday morning . I lasted for around 15 minutes , when I mentioned it to reception they hadn't a clue what it could have been. It was as if someone had placed a hoover outside our door and just left it running.... very annoying and we couldn't get back to sleep afterwards.

Review 54：One of my favourite hotels to stay in. Rooms are well appointed with amazing sea views. The bar and restaurant are great, not only the drinks and food on offer but the décor too. Free parking within walking distance of the town centre. What more could you ask??

Rooms very comfortable and clean, lovely sea views and food excellent , big choice at breakfast. Old fashioned good service will be visiting again and would recommend.

Review 61：The hotel is looking tired and needs updating in areas. I had a bedroom that was more upto date than my friends and his bathroom needed upgrading. My carpet was marked in areas and this made it look dirty.

Review 67：there was a noted atmosphere in the breakfast room , the older lady and one of the younger girls were clearly not happy with the other younger waitress and were clearly talking about her, the young girl was asked by a senior male member of staff to go serve someone out of the room and the older lady clearly thought she was skiving and made her thoughts clear to the other girl which we thought was very unprofessional and very unjust !!

The cleaners were polite and friendly and, in the morning, I thought that the restaurant manger did incredibly well - i.e. keeping everyone happy when we all seemed to arrive at 9am!!!
