Review 1：The room I had was very small, with no way of sitting comfortably to watch the TV. If I stretched out in bed, I was also pushing into the radiator. No en suite facilities. No 'Seaview' from my room, which was at the rear of the property.

Review 10：The staff are so lovely and welcoming and easy to talk to. The room had everything that was needed and having tv and WiFi after a long day of exploring the area was nice to have for a much needed chilled evening. The breakfast couldn't be faulted, what better way to start your day than with a fry up, coffee and orange juice and a piece of homemade cake. Would recommend anyone to stay here, and will definitely be going back there again on my next visit to Eastbourne!!

Review 12：Lovely guest house with excellent attention to detail. The owners, Kerry and Adam, are very friendly people and nothing is too much trouble. We attended the Eastbourne Air Show and they offered to let us drop off our bags early so we could make the most of our day. The guest house has been decorated very well with a seaside theme. Stayed one night but would happily stayed longer. Would definitely stay again if I go back to Eastbourne. Thank you Kerry and Adam for a lovely, stress-free stay.
Review 13：Shared bathroom consisted of two separate rooms and I had to move between them. Toilet had no wash basin. I don't think the hosts read my special comments and requests I made on the booking form. Breakfast area in the basement.

Upon arrival there was a very helpful information pack on the hotel and local area , a free stick f rock and plenty of tea and coffee. i also requested a takeaway breakfast which was lovely . you can sense the love that went into this place and the pride adam and kerry have for it , I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in eastbourne and I would definately stay here again

Review 26：This is how a guesthouse should be run - it's the small touches that make it unique and an enjoyable experience. All the lights worked, nothing was broken, the rooms were very comfortable, lovely selection on tea tray in guests' rooms, even a stick of rock! Nice views if you book a balcony room, still quiet although on the main road, and close to sights and amenities. Plenty to eat at breakfast, and cake if you feel peckish in the afternoon. All the family are going next year for the Eastbourne Open! Recommended.
Review 27：My Partner and I visited the Sea View Hotel in late April and we were pleasantly surprised! We stayed in the ensuite room with a sea view balcony and the room and facilities were absolutely beautiful! Adam and Kerry were brilliant hosts, more than helpful with how to make the best of our time in Eastbourne.

Review 32：Small breakfast room. If the hotel was full then I can't see that there would be enough room if all the tables were being used. Very slow service for breakfast (which we didn't have time to wait for) and it finished at 9.00 am!! We felt it was over priced.
