Review 1：Everything was perfect. The room was really luxurious, staff lovely and kind, breakfast amazing. On top of this the view from the window... breath taking! The best guesthouse I have ever been! A more than deserved 10 out of 10.

Review 8：as an oap and disabled stairs were a major problem but the help I had from everyone was exceptional, I knew I would have difficulties but soon forgotten, cleanliness, décor, all excellent meals 5 * and I have stayed in top class hotels years ago, I could not be happier, the owners went far and above what I would have expected to receive, so warm and friendly nothing was to much trouble and I would go again even if I have to go on hands an kneed to climb the stairs. The breakfast menu choice was amazing fresh fruit salad no tinned, eggs cooked to perfection. just 5* alltound thank you

I had mentioned, when I booked that it was a treat for my husbands birthday. when we arrived there were balloons in the room along with chocs and and small bottle of wine with two glasses. Also the breakfast is excellent, loads choice from fresh fruit, yoghurt,cereal and full cooked brekkie.

Unfortunately my partner suffers from severe asthma and we hadn't realised that the owners had a dog, my fault for not checking. This meant that my partner wasn't able to go into the dining room or lounge. Noelle was kind enough to bring breakfast up to the room for him! Hope that's not something he gets used to.
Review 23：Noelle is a fabulous hostess and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. Rooms are spotlessly clean. My room had a sea view and I was lucky with the weather so woke to some amazing sunrises.

Review 65：Everything. I have stayed here several times before, and will continue to go back. Mrs Roffe is a wonderful hostess. The guest house is a short walk from the station, along the promenade, and there is a great view of the sea.
Review 66：Not such good quality bacon at breakfast! Decaf tea / coffee sachets could be in the rooms without having to ask. The landlady is extremely friendly and helpful, but lacks local knowledge regarding tourist attractions and all-age pastimes suggestions.
