Review 1：dont accept cards so bank transfer has to be made for 50% deposit - not what yuou expect on a booking .com website - room was dated and small - bathroom was upstairs - no tea or coffee making facilities in room

Review 5：Continental breakfast was only cereal and toast. To me that is notcontinental. Toilet did not flush properly and constantly got blocked.Although not the persons fault however the middle of town was blockedoff due to roads being upgraded and terrible parking. For the price Ipaid I was very very disappointed and disgusted, I would rather havestayed where I wasand traveled the extra miles to go to where I wasgoing to each day.

Review 7：Bath towel and the one pillow were very smelly. Pillow was very hard also. There was no chair in room. Rooms were in a separate building to house and we could not lock outside door overnight.

Review 9：The room was a triple, really dated in all aspects, smelt really musky(my 4yrold coughed all night!) Shared bathroom/toilet youwouldn't want personally let alone after another person. Customerservice skills were laughable, she showed us to our room and let,morning we were supposed to get breakfast at 10am (cooked breakfast!)wehad toast,cereal then she turned up at 10.15 said morning then left. Wewalked out at that point absolutely disgusted! The guest house is like ahostel and in need of a serious clean, revamp and staff that have peopleskills! £95 I Will never get back!

Review 18：Unfortunately due to my quite late booking I think I was given the only room available. This was in a separate building detached from the main property, initial access was through the kitchen and rear garden of the main property. I had to park my car 100 yards away on a small public parking area away from the Guest House. The bed was on rollers on a wooden floor so "travelled" every now and again, the minimal facilities included an open bowl of sugar - uncovered and there was a fly in the room ! In the morning I was joined in the room by a rain beetle walking along the skirting board. When other occupants arrived one could here every footstep on the floor boards, consequently I was woken at 04:30 when they left. Breakfast was equally disappointing, make your own Coffee / Tea, do your own toast and the cooked breakfast consisted of Bacon, Sausage, Mushrooms, Beans, Egg & Tomato, however I do not eat Egg or Tomato so was presented with 1 Sausage, 1 rasher of Bacon, 1 Mushroom (cut in half), and a maximum of 2 table spoons of beans. All in all very disappointing.

Review 23：The premises were not very clean, thick dust in the dining area, grubby carpets, bed/bed clothes smelled, matresses on beds very old and uncomfortable, tea/coffee facilities but no tea, coffee, or milk, (staff did provide this on request), continuous noise from hallway throughtout the night caused by creaking floorboards, shared toilet had inadequate privacy (swing 'western' style doors) and had loose toilet seat, shared bathroom was dirty (shower head jets were black!), evidence of mould. Review 60：Our host was polite and accommodating. Our room was bright and clean and the double bed was really comfortable. Loch Leven was a short 7 -10 minute walk away.
Review 61：The general appearance was not very clean, covers and rugs used todisguise this. There were very small tea cups and no teapot. Not enoughpower points as everyone now has mobile phones, cameras, laptops, hairtongs, etc.
