Review 1：The cooking facilities and utensils were a little limited. In hindsight, a list of what was available would have been useful.
Review 2：The landlady was easily contactable and went out of her way to sort out a few problems very quickly, even on Christmas day. Continental breakfast supplied was generous. It is walking distance to shops, restaurants, good pubs and the beach.

Review 5：I was clean, comfortable new beds, got new supplies each day, Internet was fine and it is just a short walk from the center of town. Must recommend restaurants ME2RAH, FIGS and the Chinese resturant next to FIGS. They were great, especially FIGS. There were two small issues with my room, but I just send a SMS and next day, they were fixed. 07-09-2015
Review 6：the fact that there is no reception, if it wasn't for another couple who had been there before us that had the owners number so we could ring and find out how do we get the key. When it come to check out again no idea what to do with the key.

Review 8：Only complaint (and I suspect there's little that can be done) is damp and mould growth on the ceiling of the bathroom - hard to avoid in a small enclosed space though.

Review 12：Only one lamp out of three worked. Bed had a broken spring sticking out of mattress. The ironing board was broken. When I informed the owner she said she would ring me the next day still waiting.

Review 14：The room was clean and tidy, owner very accommodating, exactly what we wanted for our overnight stay, a small loaf of bread for toasting would have been nice and a table top fan as the room was very hot at night
Review 15：The bed was very uncomfortable, The bathroom window although looked newly fitted whistled loudly when the wind blew, I didn't notice or couldn't find any facility to Iron which for a business user would be very handy.
Review 16：The lady who owns the property was very friendly and assisted in advising the best locations to eat etc, Breakfast basket was plentiful and excellent range, The location is a five minute walk from the seafront. the bathroom is modern and the apartment overall in good decorative order.

Review 26：Shower room tiny my cloakroom at home is bigger. Door fell off shower. Black mould in shower. My partner had to leave door open when shaving as he had to bend down to sink and there was not enough room. Bed very uncomfortable. Room close to very busy road so got little sleep. Only stayed 1 night as managed to find another hotel for the remaining 4 nights.

Review 30：Our room was very cold was a bad draft coming through, and bedding smelt a bit musty. Bedding is a bit dated, and could be decorated as rooms are a bit tired. Would not recommend smoking room even if you are a smoker, as the smell is awful.

Review 36：Although booking at very short notice, Diane was ready to meet me with the keys at the agreed time. The room was lovely, clean and well furnished and equipped. There was a good choice of snacks and continental breakfast goods. The room afforded good privacy and a peaceful nights' sleep. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Recommended.

Review 102：The people I met were Chrissie and the cleaner, both were very warm and welcoming. After an initial misunderstanding about the room first booked, Chrissie was very helpful and professional in sorting out the issue. The room I was in was very clean, warm and very comfortable and very quiet. The furnishings were stylistic with plenty of storage space for my luggage. I slept very easy and had a very comfortable 4 night stay. I recommend Studio-47 without hesitation. Lovely stay.

Review 105：The shower door was broken and we couldn't get the tv to turn down and we couldn't get the programmes to come on. If we had been shown how to use the controls etc, but we didnt think to ask (maybe that would have helped) but we didnt mind as we only slept there for the night.

The apartment was lovley and welcoming clean and very comfortable.It was easy walking into Cleethorpes for the bars and pubs etc. Continental breakfast, tea coffee milk and orange was on supply and ready to use when we arrived. Review 108：Overall the room was a good size and so was the ensuite. It really was not clean enough for us, places had not been dusted and the linen and towels looked dirty. We had problems with the WiFi and when it was working had a very poor signal.
Review 109：We didn't like the fact that we were not expected, so instead of a ground floor room we were on the first floor. Also off street parking was a bit misleading, there only being 3 spaces and our room was number 8.
Review 110：The room was well furnished. The bed was comfortable. Breakfasts replenished each day were plentiful. Diane quickly and efficiently sorted the misunderstanding once contacted. It was a very quiet house.
Review 111：Location at studio 47 is excellent, just a stone throw from the seafront, shops and pubs. Also the proprietor was fantastic, very helpful. Accommodation is also excellent, very clean and tidy with continental breakfast for a fair price but no cooked breakfast sadly
