Reviews for Résidence Pierre & Vacances La Pinède
Review 1:No elevator, no restauration. Cleaning of room only at check out; additional cleaning for 45€.
Review 2:Good Location, very nice garden & beach access. Friendly helpful staff.
Review 3:The apparment itself is really small - and when we booked I did not see this type of apparment on the photos beforehand, or at least the photos did not reflect how small it is. (we booked a studio for 4 people, and it was the two of us with a baby) There are two separate beds in the living room, one of them could be opened into a double, and a bunk bed. And the wifi we had to pay for - even though we subscribed for the advanced package - was practically useless, it so slow that it was impossible to even browse on the internet.
Review 4:The park where the appartments lie is beautiful! Huge trees, birds singing, very nice atmosphere. It is nice that the beach is really at the doorstep, even though not the cleanest part of the beach in the region. But it is nice to have a pool, a small one also for children. It was nice to have our own private little garden for the appartment. The staff was really helpful, so was the staff of the small restaurant on the propety.
Review 5:Sun loungers provided with the apartment and patio doors onto terrace and grounds, which we loved. Everything we needed was in the apartment including a dish washer. We were able to go directly onto beach and walk to Hyers Port - lovely
Review 6:The appartment was a bit small and the whole place could use a bit of renovation in near future.
Review 7:A nice complex next to the beach and just outside Hyeres town. fully equipped small flat.
Review 8:No double bed Small apartments (studio 4 people) No restaurants in walking distance Wi fi not free
Review 9:Beautiful grounds (lots of flowers) Clean nice pool, not crowded Very close to beach Well equipped kitchenette
Review 10:Schimmel im Kühlschrank und im Bad
Review 11:Anlage sehr schön geworden
Review 12:The room didn't have any sun through out the day yet the place wasn't fully booked...ok for a hot summer but not so great for a warm winter...staff told me on my departure that I should have notify them and asked to be moved...fare enough...
Review 13:Beautiful grounds!
Review 14:Appartment was booked for 5 and precised when taking the keys but however only 3 beds ready - no sheets + blankets available as no reception after 8pm
Review 15:location - facilities
Review 16:The room was filthy. The sheets and towels were clean, however thefloors, cracks in floors, areas around kitchenette and toilet stank. Our apartment stank of cheesy vomit and bacteria-full dirty mops. Itwas foul. This was once we had used the shower and the kitchen sink. Wedidn't know where it was coming from, but we did notice cracks in thefloor by doorways where water ran down under the apartment, if our kidsgot the floor wet from showering,eg. Also the air suction vent in thebathroom didn't work properly (had no suction) and the covering felloff the wall. The bathroom was damp (unless we left the door open) andthe flooring hadn't been cleaned of urine when we arrived. Theapartment was too hot and didn't have mosquito netting or airconditioning. We had to buy a fan and temporary netting for kids'window (which had no shutters, just bars. The window is right besidethe bunk bed on ground floor which meant kids were scared at night)because we had to have that window open as the apartment was like anoven. There were zero nice restaurants within walking distance- theplace is surrounded by campsites, campers and their few campsite shops. The bar restaurant on site has a strange manager. The security guardsstomping around past the kids' windows at night woke us up. Babies werecrying. The pool was too crowded and populated by rough people playingrough games in the water, amongst the families having happy times withtheir young children. The pools' toilets had a "sea of urine" you hadto stand in to use the toilets. Anyone could enter the site via the cargates, pedestrian gates, or beach gates. The fencing around perimeteris low, too.The pool gates need a residents' card key access so thatcampers don't sneak in, like they do now. The place has a false senseof security and the pool is small for the number of apartments and thefact that others sneak in to use it. It is ridiculous that theapartments don't have air con or shutters.
Review 17:The Cote d'Azur location next to the beach
Review 18:Heating didn't work. No reading lights at two of the beds. The cost of WiFi was 5 Euros for 3 days but didn't work in the room, just in the reception. No local atmosphere, more like a gated community.
Review 19:Nice garden and pool. Good facilities for families with small children.
