Review 2：Our superior apartment was clean, modern and very spacious. The views were amazing. It is in a quiet but central position. The owners were very welcoming and spoke very good English. I loved the ceramic cherries.
Review 3：We were made to feel rather unwelcome as we brought a (small, well-behaved) dog with us. There was also a 12 EUR pet charge.

Review 10：Wi-Fi did not work in our room and we had to go to the lobby to use the internet. It was a bit difficult, because we needed quite much information about weather, hiking trails, bike rental, etc. We expected modern interior as shown in a pictures, but unfortunately our room wasn´t that modern.

Review 12：Staff Bettina & Herbert were outstanding with us and very welcoming. They made us feel part of the hotel Christmas celebration also (as we arrived later than expected on Christmas Eve 4pm after a diverted flight etc). They celebrate Christmas on Christmas Eve so this was a very different experience to the UK and one that we felt privileged to be part of. The Christmas meal was outstanding and Bettina was so accommodating as they adapted part of the set menu as we explained that we didn't eat red meat! Herbert is an excellent chef, we eat at the hotel a couple of times over our short stay. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was good. We joined guests on the terrace for Mulled wine and Chestnuts which was delightful in this wonderful winter setting. The cross country skiing was a different & challenging experience also, we had a lesson with an Austrian instructor, this was good fun. Then we set off and found some wonderful mountain restaurants. There is ski on ski off cross-country from Hotel Berghof which is superb. We didn't do our normal downhill skiing here as we travelled to Pertisau mainly to learn cross-country! I would recommend this hotel 100% without hesitation.
