Review 1：The ladies on reception, Elaine and Katarina are lovely. The location in the middle of Masouri is perfect. My balcony was great with wonderful views.

Review 4：We booked the room with the sea view but when we arrived to the hotel they said they only got 1 room left which was downstairs and completly different from the one we booked. Good thing they didnt charge the same price. Beds were very hard, uncomfortable.The room ( located to the street view ) was very very noisy, cleaning and breakfast wasnt enough!

Review 10：Unfortunately the beds were very hard and uncomfortable with pillows that had a plasticky rustle. Our small patio had a view of a brick wall and our room was very noisy from people in the hallway and bar/dinning area. We only stayed one night before finding somewhere else to stay.

Review 21：Key has to be left in unsecured case in the reception where noone sits so everyone can access the room, poor breakfast with the guy that was serving like he was doing a favour and eggs from the day before. The worst was that they played music through all night long not carying ab people staying who had to climb in the morning. The description of the room was with the garden view while the view was on the brick wall. Very old towels.

We were upgraded to a room with a view and when returned from a night out the room was filled with a sewer smell. The service was absolutely terrible I will not recommend this hotel to no one

Review 27：We were there in a Saturday night and there was live (J&B) music at the bar. Although I like that kind of music I can never sleep when there is noise even though I am very tired. So I couldn't sleep till 01:30 am. Small bathroom. Poor breakfast.

Review 31：Staff were some mornings noisy when taking breakfast outside between 0700 and 07.30, but having an inside door within the room sorted the problem. The breakfast bar was a little cramped, resulting in people queuing for coffee, tea and yoghurt. WiFi is poor and does not work in the room.

Review 58：Bed sheets and blankets are old hat nowadays, a duvet would be better. The building acts as a bit of an amphitheater so any noisy residents can be a pain. Slamming of room doors is particularly annoying, echoing along the corridors. The breakfast coffee was often cold and weak.

Review 64：In our room the bathroom was very small (about 1 m2) and because the door opened inwards it became even smaller. The shower was very unpractical and tiny (about 60x60) so it was a bit difficult to wash the kids without making the entire bathroom and half the hall wet...But in our friends room it was bigger, so next time we will ask for that room.
