Review 1：Had to pay 6 euros for the internet per computer and phone. The biggest problem was that it did not work in the rooms... although at the end they removed it from our bill. on the 2nd and 3rd floor, the water pressure was horrible in the showers.

Review 2：Nice staff members, family atmosphere. the rooms were extra clean. Every room had a big balcony, with an amazing view to the castle and the mountains. there's an elevator too. Istvàn, the waiter was really nice and helpful all the time!

Review 8：We absolutely didn't enjoy skiing and snowboarding, we wouldn't choose Mauterndorf for winter holiday again, it was more expensive than other Austrian ski areas but the quality was really bad.

Review 9：Very nice hotel, kind people, tasty food, good location, everything was clean. You shouldn't miss spending some holiday time there no matter if you're young/old couple, group of friends or family with children...you'll enjoy it.

Review 10：If you're not there as a family, not that great: kids everywhere. But the positive side is that everyone is in bed early, so there's no noise at night. (no-one coming back drunk and loud at 2am)
