Review 1：I was in a city view room and it is totally ruined by the fact that the hotel is opposite a loud music bar. This will be playing 80s rock very loudly until at least 1am - for this reason avoid the city view unless you really can sleep through anything!

Review 2：Hotel is centrally located, clean and the breakfast is fine although the coffee is just nescafe.

Review 3：The breakfast was not that good. Some days The staff did not fill up The table with new cheese etc.

Review 5：Shower not so good, water not warm in some hours, usually fron 6pm to 8 pm. I suggest you add a mattress cover, in addition to bed sheets. In Greece it is not much used, but it is in other countries. It would be appreciated if the breakfast changes during the week.

Review 9：This place was just what we were after, the location was great so close to the beach & so many places to chose from to have dinner at ,it was great .

Review 10：Air conditioning broke multiple times leaking huge amounts of water throughout the room and onto the bedside table. Luckily we left no electrical devices on the table. When it did work it was extremely noisy which made it difficult to sleep. I had to nag reception multiple times to get them to come and fix the air conditioning and mop the floor. Toilets or drains had severe issues. They smelt very badly. Like stagnant/sewage water. It would smell in our hotel room, and in the corridor or reception. Potent. Bathroom was dirty on arrival. Squashed insects on the walls, dirty hand prints on the tile and mirror. What was worse is that we stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks and when we left the same insects and hand prints were there. They still hadn't been cleaned. Breakfast variety/choice is poor. You can chose between yogurt and honey, scrambled egg, or bread, tinned fruit, or some cereals. We visited here last year. The hotel seems to have deteriorated. We won't be going to the same place next year.

Review 20：We did not realise that the rooms without seaview were facing a very busy street with noisy bars and discos with music pounding until the early morning. Having complained to the management about this on several occasions, we finally decided to move, but then the hotel refused to give us a refund. I would say that, even apart from the noisy location, this hotel is not especially good value for money and in that respect untypical of Kalymnos.

There is a lack of sound-isolation between the public areas and rooms/room doors, so there is some noise from inside too. Some small improvement needed from housekeeping - e.g. remembering to put towels in the room, leave the air con remote in the room, unlock the safe

Review 43：The breakfasts. Why? Why? Nasty coffee. Nasty juice. So avoidable. We were breakfast included but ate breakfast out each day. There is a bar and reception area, lovely in summer but poor use made of it when we there in October, harshly lit and unwelcoming. We did not want to meet our friends there, which is such a shame as it has massive potential as nice space. Noise from corridors in rooms pretty horrific, slamming doors at night regularly woke us up, expect there is little they an do about it as so fundamental to the building but if you are on the lower floor corridor we were on forget about putting that baby down to sleep....

Review 44：The location in the most tourist oriented village on Kalymnos is a pretty good one. It is very Climber-Centric, no bad thing. The hotel has great aspect, right on shore overlooking Telendos island, great views. Amazing sunsets. Despite my misgivings I expect we will return as these are such important positives.

Review 45：All our group had problem with noise at some point. City view rooms are extremely noisy because they face the only bar in Masouri which plays (80s) loud music. A lot of guests come/go at 5 or 6am and make noise. Rooms on -1under the breakfast room hear chairs scraping. A few basic problems like no towel, no air con remote, safe locked, lack of water in the mornings Breakfast is ok selection but coffee is weak, never enough muesli, and staff are really crashing the plates loudly

The cleanliness was a big problem, there were left over glasses etc in the halls, the breakfast was not good at all. Everythinf was such a poor quality. Dont even consider booking this hotel.

Review 73：We stayed in a triple room with a sea view. The room was cleaned and fresh towles were provided daily. The room comes with a safe and air conditioning. The view of Telendos was AMAZING. Breakfast was good with a mix of eggs bacon, toast, fruit etc... Staff were friendly and approachable.. Overall our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.. We are going to come back to The Plaza on our next visit to Kalymnos..
