Review 5：Lovely place to stay very modern and spotlessly clean breakfast was nice especially the fresh coffee. Only downside there was was we was in the downstairs bedroom which is bang outside the breakfast room so was a little noisy in the morning. Other than that carnt fault it and would use again.

Review 22：The cleaning needed to be paid a little more attention too if I'm honest. Grubby dirty marks down the wardrobe doors. A good clean in the bathroom and defiantly a new loo! Had to pump the handle several times for it to flush, as I have artritis in my hands the hubby had to do this for me as it was too painful for me. It even felt like it would break if you lent to the left whilst sat on it. The bathroom was grotty too, in the shower cubicle and around the windows.
Review 23：The room looked lovely as we walking in to it. I'd booked the superior double for the night. Black and white bedding and feture paper made the room elegant looking and relaxing, The shower was hot and powerful. The bed comfy. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful.
Review 24：Me and my partner stayed here last weekend fri/mon.we had a wonderful welcome and we're shown to our bedroom straight away.The bedroom was beautiful wit an on suite and had everything you needed .The breakfast in the morning was fab the owner coleen is so kind and friendly nothing was to much we will definitely be staying again next year and can't wait thankyou for a lovely stay

Review 34：I didn't like the noisy couple next door who came in at 3am and talked and laughed for an hour. After 3 hours sleep I had to work and drive home! Very tired. Also whilst I was out of my locked room I came upstairs to find them at my door and they had opened the door with their key! I also didnt appreciate a screaming child downstairs. What a nightmare. Don't get me wrong, you cant help guests and screaming kids. but consideration goes a long way and I think the child belonged to the owners!
Review 35：I liked the comfy bed. The shower was nice too. The breakfast looked nice but after a sleepless night I didn't want it, so I didn't order it I had a piece of toast. I didn't want to waste food. The view wasn't a sea view but it was still pleasant watching the sun come up over the roof tops.
Review 36：Toilet seat needs looking at, the back kept hitting you on your back. No remote in room until Saturday evening Didn't agree with other comments that beds are comfy as they were too hard. Breakfast was a bit disappointing for someone that only liked sausage, bacon & eggs, you would have thought that they would have given more. Arrived at 1.30 pm and couldn't get in. I know check in was not until 2 pm but thought we would still be able to get in.

Review 40：Bedroom not made-up as cleaner assumed a non-reply meant I didn't want to be disturbed. Therefore, does this mean she cannot clean many rooms as paying guests would be out at 11 in the morning!! In house party caused noise through late afternoon and into night with final person leaving at around 12.30am, this despite owner knowing there were paying guests staying there. If a party was needed why not pre warn as booking was made some weeks in advance of arrival.
