Review 1：Not the hotels fault but it was being refurbished, it has to be done. And we did benefit from a lovely new bathroom.

Review 18：The hotel was in a beatiful town. The staff were extremely helpful and polite even when the 3 of us arrived, soaking wet with a dog in tow. The pet friendly room (No.34) took us completely by surprise. We were anticipating a triple room covered in pet hairs but, it was exactly the opposite and was better than many deluxe rooms I have stayed in! The room was spotless, lovely bedding, flat screen TV with a well stocked tea making facilities. We even managed to get 3 hot baths without any issues. As we had a small dog, we had to have our breakfast in the bar area which, we totally understood. Regardless of that, the staff were still very attentive and kept checking on us to see that we had everything we needed. All in all an excellent experience.
