Review 1：This was my second time staying at this property and I genuinely can't fault it. Location is brilliant and it's spotless with everything you need. Would highly recommend and will return again.

Review 11：Excellent upstairs accommodation of bedroom and wet room . I particular liked how it had windows on two sides which allowed a good flow of air through the room. I must have stayed in too many overheated business hotels . Also a very quiet location . Highly recommended .

We expected the bathroom to be not so nice due to reading the previous reviews but we were quite surprised. The apartment had everything and the kitchen was fully equipped!

Review 22：outside car parking,feeling secure in the neighbourhood, quiet at night,10mins drive from local tram station which proved easy to then access Manchester, the owner was very helpful and even supplied a pint of milk upon arrival!
Review 23：The wet room was dangerous, ended up after having a shower with a soaked floor around the toilet that did not dry out quickly at all. Can hear people that live in the attached house through the walls. Felt a little too small for 2 people. Would have been nice to have a table we could have used our computers on.
