Review 1：Please put a kettle and tea/coffee in the bedrooms - this was the only thing lacking! The weather was poor for two days - but I suppose the hotel was not to blame for that!!

Review 2：Superb hotel with excellent location next door to the bus station; Staff were all very welcoming, helpful and professional; Facities were wonderful - view from the breakfast room on the top floor was magnificent (as was the service from Axel); restaurant was very comfortable; bar area very inviting and snacks with the drinks was a nice touch (the regular barman made me feel very welcome and quickly learnt my name and drink habits). My bedroom was wonderful. I am surprised I ever left it!! Good sized circular bed; huge shower and a spacious balcony. Overall, a wonderful hotel in a really pretty area and I hope to return one day!

Review 16：The shower cabin was in the anteroom and was without a curtain. It wasn't fully closed and water leaked from the chink. The doors in the room were broken. The room was cleaned only at 6 pm. Breakfast is very, extremely poor. One day there were even no eggs!

Review 22：1.) When we arrived (June 30th 2015) the terrace with lounge bar and pool was closed because of "technical problems". Would we have known it, we probably would have chosen another hotel, since we were planning to spend some evenings on that beautiful terrace. The hotel should have contacted us before the arrival, giving us this important detail. 2.) The shuttle service that brought clients to the beaches (offered by the hotel, since the pool was not available, pls. see point 1), was arranged just once every 1.5 hours. Way not enough. When the shuttle arrived, people were jumping into the car, pushing each other as in a crowded subway. Not acceptable for a 5-star hotel. I got the hotel's management apology for this, and they arranged us a private shuttle for free, right after the "official shuttle" departed. 3.) At the beach, nobody knew that the hotel offered us the entrance (EUR 78.- per 2 people). It took long time to clear up things and to make them understand that in fact the hotel really took care of that cost. At the end we chose the deluxe places for EUR 128.00 at the Les Palmier Club, whereof EUR 78.00 were covered by the hotel. 4.) POSITIVE: due to all the above mentioned inconveniences, which have been promptly reported to the general management (Mrs. Danielle Lagrange), the hotel treated us as very special clients, offered us a drink at the bar, a room upgrade, a bottle of wine for our anniversary and even a discount. Mrs. Lagrange is a very pleasant person, that makes people feel very good. She listened to us and surrounded us by the attention we were expecting. The final rate about our stay is very positive, thanks to the absolutely polite, professional and effective reaction by the management and the chef of the reception. 4.)

Review 23：Very friendly and professional staff, ready to do everything in order to please the clients and fulfill their expectations. Morgane HORVILLE (chef de réception) and Danielle FLAGRANCE (general manager) were absolutely awesome with us. They helped us to solve some really unlucky situations, gave us a fee room upgrade (we got a suite instead of a classic room) and surrounded us by attentions during our stay. The position is absolutely perfect. Walking distance from the harbor, the shops, and the restaurants.

Review 24：loved the modern style of the hotel (rooms, lounges, gym, and pool area), the ease of walking all around st. tropez, and most of all--the complimentary shuttles to the beach clubs further south. it was an excellent touch and made guests feel appreciated.

Review 30：The rooms we took was 1000 euro per night (suite) , and then when we arrived we didn't like the view of garden view and upgraded to sea view which we paid extra , at night we couldn't sleep because of traffic noise coming and windows are not properly installed by hotel, our kid was not feeling well and we requested baby sitter to stay in room which they didn't allow and had to take another hotel for baby sitter which was too difficult for attending to the baby and hotel was not cooperative and very dry attitude , their finance department is not good , charged me twice for the authorisation and still after 3-4 days of my checkout the amount has not been refunded, great was conceirge , on asking him for boat tours in the range of euro 500, his reply is " this is St stropez , nothing is euro 500 for 1-2 hours charter boat ", surprising just 10 shops ahead the hotel , where our baby sitter had her room, the receptionist arranged for us a boat for euro 350 , yes different boat but Atleast there were options available which the cafe de Paris didn't tell us , our 8month baby was in lobby when we were going for breakfast , he was crying , so the hotel asked to take him in the room , such is the attitude of hotel , we had room for 2 nights , we left in 1 night, for which hotel agreed to refund for the 2nd night , instead of this , nothing was great about my stay , lastly couldn't sleep , air con doesn't work at all , the view also is not worth the price , there are many different options , the hotel has a lot of free ego on their heads that they are number 1 , it seems to me like that

Review 36：The main reason from being St tropes was for charity cycle ride which started at 8 Am . Breakfast offered from 7 am would have been fine had it been ready on time . To be told no porridge , they cook it from a packet , was unacceptable for this standard of hotel . The cooked breakfast took for ever to do , which made getting to the cycle ride on time extremely stressful .

Review 52：The refurbished hotel has great rooms and a fantastic rooftop terrace with a superb infinity pool. The dining room on the rooftop terrace is magnificent; the ground-floor restaurant is chic and elegant.

It's location made it perfect for our trip on the TGV from Paris to St. Raphael where we took the St. Tropez ferry (hich was 3 blocks from the train station) across the bay. Off the ferry and 3 blocks to the hotel. No airports. No waits. No hassle. The staff was extremely attentive. And as a runner it's location was perfect for a 10k run along the Mediterranean.
