Review 1：Not the case.
Review 2：We enjoyed staying here, large room, nice view, cleaning done every day, proactive approach of the owner to our requests. For sure we will return in this place.
Review 3：More a niggle than a complaint, there is no restaurant close by for an evening meal. There is a lovely hotel in a nearby village that served good food, this is however a mile away and is the nearest offering. We walked but some may not wish to. Could be an issue without transport as also at the top of a steep winding hill outside of the main town.

Review 5：Getting charged €1 for a bread roll. We had 17 of these. If I had known this before I would have declined the offer. We were charged €1 for a litre of milk and €3.5 for a 1/2 dozen of eggs, which is acceptable as this was from their farm. We never knew the bread would be such a price. We stopped the order when the beard was no longer fresh. It was ordered through someone else.
Review 6：Location. It is a nice place but it is noisy in the mornings due to the amount of traffic passing by the house.
Review 7：You do need the car to get down to the town, however that wasn't a problem for us.
Review 8：The owner was very friendly and accommindating. For breakfast there was lovely home made produces which was a nice touch. Rooms were very large and comfortable. If your looking for mountain views this is for you.

Review 11：We like the room very clean and completely renawal. The staff is very available for informations and needs. The breakfast is very good. The house is5 minutes away from the lake and 25 minutes from the skyarea of Goldeck (Spittal) and Bad kleinkirchheim by car.
