Review 1：Location was in middle of a retail park and some way from town. Hotel looks very tired inside and needs investment, People walking through bar/restaurant area in swimming shorts after using pool. Sights to put anyone off there dinner.

Review 2：Room had everything needed for an overnight stay hotel. Staff friendly and helpful, reasonable evening restaurant with a good bar.

Review 3：We were not informed that a big wedding was taking place the night of our resevation next to our room. Very noisy until 3:30am, children running in the hallway, loud music, and streamers, papers ballons strewn all over the property. No control over the wedding guests or the situation. No need for the security code to get into the hotel, so much for safety in a commercial zone. Inexcusable for a 3 star hotel. Had we known we would have gone to the one star near by which was surely much quieter, cleaner and safer and much cheaper. The rooms are miniscule with barely any room to move at the foot of the bed and the wall. AC did not work even though we informed them of it the first night. Not what we expect from a 3 star hotel.

Review 5：In the bathroom there was a strong smell of drains. The dishes had stains everywhere and although enough staff to see you had to make constant attention. The spa area was dirty and unkempt and some equipment defective.

Review 7：Food was very good but very few choices in menu. I required another large towel. Kindky asked for a large one at reception and was reject rudely and was given a tiny one. Went back to reception and with authority I asked for a large one. Again a medium one was given... I said that's no good and hesitantly was given a large one then... Not nice to beg for a simple towel!

Review 9：Difficult to find. Located on a retail park not with the other hotels in Cambrai. My shower wasn't working properly and although the room cleanliness was generally good there was a few sloppy things such as hand soap dispenser empty and tissue box empty.

Review 10：Friendly staff and modern feel about the hotel. Restaurant meal was good quality and good service. Unfortunately I didn't have time to use the pool.

Review 11：The hotel is outside town, so a drive away from further restaurants; the only options therefore being the in-house one or the Chinese next door which was unfortunately closed for refurbishment (the menu looked yummy). The pool & jacuzzi are for relaxing adults rather than children running around; however nobody minded when we were on our own making a noise with 2 small boys.

Review 12：The rooms were spotless, the beds HUGE and very comfortable, the staff were very helpful and always friendly. We ate in the restaurant the first night which was very lovely but pricey especially the wine. We asked for a pizza place the next evening and was referred to a fab family-run Italian a short drive away. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and lovely. There is a soft-play for children walking distance, but not open over weekends. We first thought perhaps not the hotel for children, but the staff never made us feel uncomfortable or out of place.

No lights in the wardrobe in wellness, lts of broken edges, doors, benches in sauna and well - everything looked really worn. Also hadd to walk through the dining-area to get from spa to room. Noone spoke English or (german) at all.

We did not speak French and she made no effort to communicate with us. Then when we used the pool and asked for towels at check out they tried charging us for bath robes that had given to us at the pool for towels. I did not know what kind of hotel we booked due to not knowing the area but this hotel looked like a couples get away hotel not a kid friendly environment.

Review 55：It was like Faulty Towers. There is a gym with a few pieces of euipment , but none working. Museum pieces . Went from broken treadmill to bike instead only to discover there was only one pedal. Found some gym matts , they were filthy . There was a lady cleaning one of the jacuuzi pools , when came to breakfast ( about midway through sitting times ) there was nothing of any substance to eat . The coffee machine was out of order , no coffee on the hot plate , no toaster , had to ask for this , sugar , milk , some coissants or something , anything . Then no spoons , the lady who was cleaning the jacuzzi in her jeans , was also 'attending 'to the breakfast tables in the same clothes . It wasnt particullarly busy , so ... Another couple who were there for a few nights said it was similar the day before . I know times are hard at present across europe , but this was beyond trying to make ends meet . luckily we have a good sense of humor . Some others were really cross .

We found it a little difficult tofind and it only appeared on one of our sat navs. Bathroom was boutiquebut a little cramped.

Review 66：The state of cleanliness was appalling, there was mould in our bedroomand the spa looked like a health hazard. The location was veryunappealing and the only place to eat was a Chinese buffet in the drive-in shopping centre downstairs. Our family had booked a 4* Chateau withrecommended restaurant which was closed without notice and thisaccommodation would have been dreadful at the best of times but as analternative to the Chateau it was utterly disappointing.
