Review 1：Only a couple of minor things. 2 towels provided, lucky i bought more with me. Bath mat, insufficient really, as i had to use one of my two towels to dry the floor. Living room carpet was badly stained and really noticeable as a large living room. TV was to small and very far away from the sofa, had to close curtains-- as couldn't even see the screen in the daylight, due to reflection from outside. The sofa needs to be closer to the TV really. The buttons on the intercom need to be looked at, as not very responsive- I guess actual residents wouldn't notice as they are given a key fob.
Review 2：Returning visitor. I was checked into a different block this time, lynx court, the flat again was new, Bathroom really clean, as was the bedroom and kitchen. can't comment on kitchen amenities as i only used the microwave and kettle :) One parking space per flat, and non restricted parking at the harvester a couple of minutes walk away. Will use again.
Review 3：Impossible to find location. No dish washer, no cable connecting DVD to tv (bought my own), no batteries in DVD player (bought my own), no maid service, no salt or pepper. Antiseptic decor, basic bathroom, couldn't wait to leave.

Review 5：Only 2 towels for 6 nights One of the member staff was a litlle nosy coming inside and looking suspicious arownd the place and what surprise me is that he ask the payment in Cash when i use my CC to pay. He also say that the neighbours complain that are to many peoples coming to the place but i dont know what he try to say with that as was nobody come there
Review 6：Great place ! Was there with my partner for few nights. Very clean modern apartment with parking , walking distance from down town. For us was perfect as my partner had to work for a few days at the college next door
Review 7：Allocated parking, one space per flat. Parking available in the pub very close to flat. Also not enough towels I was only given 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels. Not enough for 2 people for 3 nights really and wasn't about to rush off and buy laundry powder etc.
Review 8：Spacious and very clean. Free wifi. Heating works well, flat gets warm quickly: Lovely modern apartment. Definitely would stay again.

Review 10：Comfortable and quiet top floor flat (there is a lift). Nicely furnished; well equipped kitchen; comfortable bed. Excellent value for short or longer stays. Parking right outside the door to the property.
Review 11：My wife thought the stain on the couch was an issue, some extra TP for the bathroom would have been nice, and some extra paper towels for the kitchen would have been helpful as well. If you're a light sleeper I suggest some sleeping shades for your eyes at night. There is a lot of light entering the place at night even with the shades drawn. This is a ground floor unit.

Review 16：Surprised to be assigned a 4-bed town house after booking 1-bed apartment. The house was spacious, quiet and comfortable.

Review 19：I thought it was a non-smoking property, but there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke on arrival, meaning we had to open the doors and windows on the ground floor to air it out.

Review 21：We arrived at 9pm on a Friday. You are emailed over a code to access the door to the building and we were given the wrong code so were stuck outside for an hour trying variations of the code in vain. We tried phoning the contact numbers given with no answer as it was out of hours and was prompted to try the emergency no. We tried that number twice and did not get an answer. 2 days later and we still haven't got a call back. By this time we had some luck with a chap visiting a friend in the building being kind enough to let us in, followed by the friend coming out in pyjamas to show us the code. After that, all was fine, but genuinely we were stuck and had to depend on a random act of trust and kindness to complete our stay. Also the towel rack in the bathroom was unbelievably hot to the point where it had a sign warning you that it was hot. Over the course of the day it had made the bathroom and bedroom uncomfortably warm.
Review 22：The actual apartment was lovely and clean. It's genuinely a proper , large flat for the price of a hotel room. Whilst there aren't facilities like a bar, there is an Asda around the corner of plenty of takeaway options.
Review 23：Initially we were given one address but on arrival at the address we then found we had been allocated a flat a mile away. As we were already running late due to traffic problems on our journey this meant we wasted half an hour finding the new location. It would have been much more helpful to tell us proper location when we booked or even when I phoned to agree collection of keys when we were half an hour away.

Review 30：It was so straight forward, excellent communication from the very helpful and friendly staff by email and telephone, a secure key box and great directions meant that we were straight in. The accommodation, a town house was first class, with excellent beds and linen, top quality fittings, and was super clean, The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, some basic tea and coffee making items were supplied and the bathrooms were superb with towels and toiletries provided. All in all, first class accommodation and service.

Review 32：Spotlessly clean and spacious apartment perfect 4 a family of four. Communication from start to finish was excellent, with a very helpfull welcome pack. To see tea, coffee and milk on arrival after a six hour drive was most welcome.
Review 33：Cleaning staff are rude and abrupt and definitely need training. I do not understand why they feel the need to bang down the door as if they are police and then demonstrate all manners of disgust because it 20 minutes pas the checkout time! Desk staff not answering the phone on check-in. I rang numerous times on Saturday evening No hot water and desk staff could not solve the problem so we (my wife and 2 young children) had to have cold showers on the morning before checkout. If you are turning off the hot water system to save energy, this is fine and understandable but you MUST highlight this so that customers are aware and know that the hot water needs to be turned on. You also need to provide a guide as to how this is done as your front desk did not know. This and your rude cleaning staff really spoiled what would have been an enjoyable stay

Not sure how we would have coped if there were 8 of us.....neighbour very un sociabe, warned us on arraival not to be noisy, and had a word with us later when we were queitly talking in the garden.......lack of mirrors and mirror snot placed by plugs, so hard to dry hair and straighten. maybe needs a female touch!!
Review 41：Really great apartment, great it had a garden, added bonus! Bedrooms were spacious, beds comfortable, very clean. We booked a taxi to ascot from the apartment, which was very easy, only 50.00 EW. Would recomend for this purpose.

Review 48：We had a wonderful stay in the Flexi-lets at Wallis Square in Farnborough. The flats were very large, furnished to a high standard and had everything we needed for our short stay. Will definitely return and would highly recommend.
Review 49：Apartments very clean and comfortable. Key arrangements easy to follow. Very good value for money. We had a booking complication which was sorted out by the on-duty manager very quickly and efficiently.
Review 50：Myself and my family really enjoyed our stay, the property had everything we needed, all the kitchen equipment we could possibly need, and even a garden for the kids to play in. The cleanliness was immaculate and everybody slept extremely well, it was a home away from home which was exactly what we needed with two kids and a lot of family with us, would definitely stay again and will highly reccomend to friends!
Review 51：Shabby, cheap furniture,open wires tied together with elastic bands in the toilet, cheap beds, cheap sofa, towel rails hanging off the walls,cheap bedding, uncomfortable beds, not what I was expecting from the photos on your website! Its a property that sleeps 8 but all the images on the website are for the ones that sleep 4, this needs changing!!!

Review 53：Needs attention at the cleaning services. Kitchen plates, utencels, and cook ware are not clean. Carpets are not very clean. The room had a smooking smell in it when i first checked in, and i did smoke after, never the less I was charged with £120.

Review 61：a simple guide to facilities would have been an improvement (the day the flat gets cleaned - where the rubbish bins are, relevant instructions re heating, water etc). Opinion - the flat numbering in the building is confusing - flat 37 is on 4th floor, 28 is 3rd floor.
Review 62：The flat was clean and easy to use. Having Wi-Fi was a real boon.
Review 63：Water in the shower was not very hot, until I realized I had to activate the Boost mode 30 mins before having the shower. Not really a problem, it could only have been explained in the flat's instructions.
Review 64：The flat seemed to be brand new, or very recently renewed. Lot of space, two bedrooms, big salon with tv, big kitchen. Very clean. Excellent alternative to hotels: cheaper, more space.
Review 65：The wifi didn't work. Somebody came by the next day and it still didn't work. The last day it worked again, but I needed it the day before for my business needs so I won't come there again.
Review 66：Although the apartment had an allocated space we had the problem that someone else parked in it over most of our stay. This was reported immediately but the problem was not resolved. We managed to park in visitor spaces but they were in short supply!
