Review 1：Wi-Fi was difficult to get in the rooms.

Review 7：the friendlyness of the staff the atmosphere in the hotel (many christmas ornaments), excellent cooking, location of the hotel, the appartment we had was comfortable, well equipped, and serviced like in a hotel every day. The appartments have a balcony, and from the livingroom is an excellent mountainview, it was really "silent", there were in the hotel some fitness-instruments, and a billiard & table tennis. Perfect walkin-g, hiking-, cycling- and skiing opportunities very nearby.

Review 8：Without informing us money was deducted twice even though on booking it said pay when you stay. As per the reception the first one was deposit and it would be refunded back in few days. 30 days later no refund and I have to go through the hassle of sorting it out.

Review 25：- The designation "Sporthotel" is misleading. We expected some pool and spa facilities but apart from a fitness room with basic equipment and sauna, nothing relates to 'sport' inside the hotel.- the designation "Silence" is also misleading. Although our apartment was quiet, the hotel is located at end of Lermoos next to a busy street whereas the pictures from brochures suggest an isolated lonely location in the country-side.
