Review 1：From the very first impression to the last, this hotel was absolutely fabulous. We have stayed at quite a few hotels in Windsor over the years, but this one really hits the chords for its chic looks/modern decor, friendly staff and overall excellent service. On checking in, we were given a lovely surprise when the receptionist upgraded us to celebrate myself and my wifes 20th wedding anniversary. If this was not enough, we were also greeted in our lovely room with a complimentary bottle of prosecco and a card wishing us a wonderful anniversary and stay. This was a very thoughtful and nice touch! Even though this was just for a one night stay, the whole experience was really top class. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and look forward to staying again in the very near future.

Review 3：The decor is superb and it's effective but it is an elongated space as it doesn't actually front the main road. They are not outright unfriendly, but more efficient to the letter of the law in manner ,it's more boutique and trendy than warm and cosy. Geared up for a young wine and dinning couple or even us on just pure business. Handy to watch the changing of the guard as it virtually fronts the castle entrance.

Review 4：We really liked the modern, boutique design and environment of the hotel. Friendly, welcoming staff; the car valet, whilst a little costly, was also very useful.

Review 5：The only real issue was figuring out where the parking was. We prebooked, thank goodness, but it was a bit confusing to get around to the back of the hotel to leave it with the valet.

Review 13：Very expensive. We were unable to east in the restaurant as it had been completely booked by a corporate event. The management showed total disregard for their guests but sold out to the highest bidder. Left with nowhere to eat on New Years Eve. Only after contacting about thirty restaurants we found somewhere. No thanks to the staff at the hotel who informed us everywhere was fully booked. Thanks!

My wife & 7year old daughter & I spent 2 nights in late November, the hotel staff were excellent - very friendly, the room was very clean & spacious a great place to stay and only 20 minutes from Heathrow Airport. I do not posses a credit card which seemed to bar me from having any credit facility within the hotel which seems very outdated. Review 23：Lovely welcome from the staff, not just for us but also for our miniature dachshund who was pampered with his own luxury dog bed! The hotel is in a great location and the food from the restaurant is delicious!

Review 24：Our room was on the fifth floor situated Right next to an unsightly barred door which was where some sort of heating was located. As the heating kicked in and out the noise in our bedroom was very loud and made it difficult to sleep. We had to call a member of staff during the night who went out and turned it off.

Review 27：Wifi internet was unusable in my room. Wired outlet was also not working properly (bad contact, needed to hold the wire in a weird position) - very disappointing for such a nice hotel. Window is locked, will not open.

It may be a good idea to have a couple of staff at the reception so that late arrival guests from a flight can be quickly processed. The bar lady was argumentative when I wanted a typical drink which I have frequently order during my stay.

Review 34：The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean too. The WiFi worked very well. The breakfast was served switfly. Overall I love this hotel. However, I would appreciate if the prices can be kept moderate.

Review 36：The clock alarm in the room was set for 6am which woke us up. This was obviously set by the person who stayed before us but was cleared off.

We wanted eggs,mushrooms,tomato and beans only (no sausage or bacon). the plate tuned up with approx. 10 beans,half small tomato,four or five small portioned up mushroom pieces! the first morning the chef ignored the request and we got bacon with same small portion mushroom,tomato with no beans.On complaining the following day's breakfast was served correctly but very much a "childs portion"! Not the normal MacDonalds standards. keep windows closed as Heathrow flightpath above the hotel.there is air conditioning.

Review 84：Paid £30 for parking on top of £176 for a one night stay. Travelled to many hotels in the UK and abroad and never had to pay for parking. We felt this was taking advantage of the limited parking available in Windsor and this really should be included.

Review 119：The hotel has very friendly staff, they let us keep the luggage a day earlier while we had to travel out of UK but did not want to carry everything. Close to the Windsor castle and you can see the changing of the guards right from the front entrance.

Review 121：Chris from front desk went beyond his duty to help us check in. We drove but had some trouble finding the hotel car park once we realized that we couldn't park along high street. So I dropped my wife off to approach reception and Chris helped her a lot and he was most attentive and helpful!

Dinner took awhile to be served. But it was delicious. The concierge said he had called for a cab. But in actual when the cab took a while to come, I called the cab company and he responded that there was no booking in my name. I would have missed my flight had I waited longer.
