Review 1：Nicos, the friendly and welcoming host. Even offered to drive us to the relatively nearby supermarket, if needed. We had a wonderful large terrace on first floor, shaded and wide open in three directions, with sea view. The sandy beach of Logaras nearby, 3 min walk, with restaurants (good breakfast) and the little fishing port of Piso Livadi, 15 min walk, with all services. Beatiful long coastal walks, as well.

Review 6：Very nice and dedicated owner. We could choose our own room and he gave us a lot of tips for sightseeing and nice beaches. Good apartment, a bit small, but nice balcony and neat. Complete kitchenette. We loved our stay at Nicos Studios! Great location, nice restaurants at Logaras Beach, just around the corner.
Review 7：The apartement was very nice and spacious.We were close to the beach and a really good taverna. Nicos the owner was extremly helpful and he was a very kind person. He picked us up on the bus stop Wien we arrived and drove us around in the area to show us where to shop and swim and eat.
Review 8：Nico and his family are a delight. Nico's smile will make you feel right at home--and he will always go the extra mile for you. I returned to stay at his studios after being away for over ten years--and he remembered me as if it had been yesterday. We will always stay at Nico's whenever we visit Paros.

Review 19：Nice rooms with comfy beds. Veiw of the water and a 15 second walk to the beach. Nicos, the owner, is very friendly (always with a smile) and helpfull. Even after we had left his room he and his th brother Yanis helped us with arrangments.

Review 26：It is quite a walk to the nearest shops which wasn't a problem for me as Nicos took me there also that wouldn't be a problem if you rented a car.
Review 27：Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment with washing machine. This is the best equipped apartment I have stayed in whilst touring Greece. It was like a home away from home. Lovely quiet location near to the beach. Two balconies that offer you the choice of sun or shade. The wifi connection is excellent throughout the apartment. Nicos was extremely helpful transferring me to and from the port and even taking me to the supermarket.
Review 28：The friendliness and hospitality of the owner. He was more than welcome to answer all our questions and suggest things to do and places to visit.Lastly, the hotel is located in a quiet and absolutely safe area in close proximity to the beach, restaurants and nightlife.
Review 29：The apartment is in very good condition, good taste, fully equipped (ac,WiFi, kitchen, washine machine, garden with relax area) and spacy for afamily of 4. It's well positioned at 200m from a beautiful beach,restaurants, shops but still very quite and relaxing. Overall it islocated in one of the nicest parts of the island. The owner is 100%helpful and friendly.
