Review 1：the smoking area is right next to the al a carte restaurant and when people have finished eating they transfer there to smoke unfortunately right next to others still or just starting to eat. Glass screens needed or adhere to european laws on smoking !

Review 22：Rooms are very nice, as well as lobby and bar. The indoor/outdoor pool is perfect after skiing. It's also very close to the "Lurzer Alm" bar for apre-ski. Indoor parking and ski locker area is great too.

Review 23：The hotel was adequate but nothing more. The people were efficient but reserved, doing nothing above what was required. There was little English spoken and little effort made to accommodate our lack of understanding. No effort was made to explain what services or facilities were available, even for extras we could have chosen to pay for. The pool was a few degrees too cold to use, which was a major disappointment for us. The television was embarrassing, at least twenty years old, worth nothing, with one english channel - CNN. No movies, DVD player, iPod dock, nothing. We were offended when a staff member identified us as a 'dot com booking' as if that was a problem. This hotel is adequate - accommodation only - pleasant but without any atmosphere of service or hospitality.

Review 24：It was close to the center of the village and so it was easy to ski in and out from. The breakfast was adequate and the staff were efficient without being pushy. The room was clean, tidy and had what we needed. The pool was well situated and the right size and style for a ski hotel.
