Review 1：Gavin and Kirsten are charming hosts, it was a delight to get to know them. Their hotel is comfortable, clean and very well located in the centre of St Gervais, nearby all restaurants and shops. It is located to short walking distances from main attractions: telecabines, tramway du Mont-Blanc, leisure centre that includes swimming pool, tennis, mini-golf. Our car stayed in the town car park for the duration of our stay. Breakfast is lovely with a varied buffet and is to be enjoyed in the spacious breakfast room that opens up on a lovely patio area. Great choice of DVDs to borrow and watch in your room. Awesome hotel!
Review 2：Very handy for the free ski bus but the walk to the telecabin was further than we expected.
Review 3：Kirsten and Gavin go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They had excellent local knowledge of the ski area and were helpful with recommending and booking restaurants.
Review 4：Gavin and Kirsten are great hosts, and with ski hire directly opposite, ski bus stops within a few minutes walk and easy access to the ski areas, all in all a good location.
Review 5：The owners could not have been nicer or more helpful. The hotel is a great location, warm, comfortable, very clean and unfussy. It's not a fancy place, but it does not pretend to be so, and was priced appropriately. I was very happy with my stay.
Review 6：Great location for Geneva, the hotel is right in the town so close to Bettex cable car, restaurants, shops and bars. The owners were very friendly and helpful too.
Review 7：The family running the hotel are very nice, speak fluent English, and have lots of useful advice about the local area. Had a very pleasant time chatting with them and the other guests over tea during the late afternoons once back from the slopes. Rooms are spotlessly clean, good breakfast.

Review 18：The hosts/owners were very warm and friendly. Breakfast was great -- very ample. And the sitting room (I think it used to be a restaurant) was quite cosy. We had requested a balcony, but, in retrospect, it was probably quieter facing ourt towards the back of the hotel rather than the front or side.

Review 22：Great location...right in the middle of everything. Its a pain getting to/from La Fayet but bus stop is 20mt from hotel door. Spacious room, simply furnished, comfy bed, plenty of storage. Lovely breakfast...& as an Aussie who'd been away for over a month, the Vegemite was most welcome! Hostess Kirsten always cheerful, friendly & easy to talk to. I enjoyed my relaxing stay.

Review 59：The hotel is run by a friendly Australian couple called Gavin and Kirsten who extremely attentive and helpful. Our room was comfy and warm. The downstairs bar offers good beer and wine and is a good place to hang out and chat to other guests. An ideal place for us to stay during our 6 day snowboarding holiday.
Review 60：This is a fantastic small hotel in an ideal location. Unfortunately, after booking our trip I hurt my leg and was unable to ski. The hotel's owners (Gavin and Kirstin) were great hosts and could not have done more to make my stay as pleasant as possible whilst the others in our party enjoyed skiiing in superb conditions. We will definitely be going back.
