Reviews for Premier Inn London Brentford

Review 1:The entrance going straight to a lift is a little strange, reception should be by the entrance, makes a far more welcoming experience. Far too expensive the remote for the TV didn't work and the Restaurant closing at 10 is crazy especially as many of the guest that night came from the Brentford game and only just got in at 10.

Review 2:Clean spacious, staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was quiet no noises coming through the walls.

Review 3:Restaurant was just closing on arrival at 9pm and so had to go out in a dark poorly lit rather run down area for a carry-out. We were late because of traffic and had been travelling for 13 hrs (long way). My mother was accompanying me as we planned to fit in a visit to relatives and she is elderly and so it was difficult and disappointing that we couldn't get anything to eat at the hotel.

Review 4:Welcoming comfortable rooms with good beds. Staff friendly.

Review 5:I think because of the holidays, the hotel was somewhat understaffed, but despite that, they were all very helpful and professional.

Review 6:Price was excellent for the size of the room and cleanliness, location convenient for business travellers.

Review 7:Lovely staff.Sammy was just so professional .Very helpful and true to his word gave us the first available room. Very quiet despite the huge road system directly outside.Very clean and comfortable .Great breakfast in a very chilled and well laid out restaurant .Secure underground parking.Overall great value for money. Will stay there again without hesitation.

Review 8:Staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. The room was clean, modern and warm. Security in the building made us feel very safe. We liked the location...close to South Ealing station which enabled us to use the Piccadilly Line into the centre easily. There was a good selection of food, both hot and cold, for breakfast-excellent value. We will certainly use this hotel again when visiting London

Review 9:I accidently booked a room for disabled people and the smell in the room was very unpleasant. Had to change room twice until I got a normal room withhout this smell.

Review 10:Good breakfast and diner.

Review 11:Décor for a new building is a bit 80's. Given it's a new building, it would be good for Premier to adopt a fresher look rather than brown formica. Would be nice to have some gym facilities or deal with gym just around the corner

Review 12:Staff were extremely helpful. Facilities are generally good. Ample parking. Happy hour in bar at the end of a long day

Review 13:Not very close to train station.

Review 14:Ease of parking. Comfort and space in the room. Walk-in shower is essential for me. Heating controls so easy to manage. The security factor is superb! Very helpful staff.

Review 15:You know exactly what to expect when you stay in a Premier Inn. Comfortable, clean, good sized Rooms and Bathroom. Staff at the Hotel were very professional and well trained. Good Location as near Richmond, Chiswick and Twickenham, not to mention the beautiful Kew Gardens

Review 16:We found the staff very helpful and attentive and we're only too happy to help. Facilities and room of an extremely high standard. Breakfast and evening meal also excellent and fantastic choices. Bed wonderful.

Review 17:Pillows. We weren't made aware until the second day there were softer pillows available so had an uncomfortable first night

Review 18:Restaurant and reception staff very friendly

Review 19:Not that close to railway stations.

Review 20:A lovely, modern, spacious hotel in a good location, if you have a need to be in Brentford. Views over the City, in the distance were impressive. The breakfast area and food was first class.

Review 21:The carpets were dark and depressing. Even a mid brown colour would be better. The AC cannot go below 19 degrees C. Felt quite hot. OK for winter.

Review 22:Noisy outside but calm and quiet inside. Grand breakfast eat as much as you like. Very good security .

Review 23:when booked it said 2.9 miles from Twickenham Stadium it was further 3.5!! Directions given from station made seem simple however it wasn't! directions said get buses... but no mention of obtaining a pass in advance. No facility by pass at hotel nor any shops nearby to get one! So we had to get taxis!! I do not have Oyster card nor a connect type debit card. I live in Birmingham and cash is accepted on all forms of public transport. Taxis to and from Ealing Broadway and Twickenham cost a lot of money £12 x 2 and £18 x 2 - not happy abut the unexpected expense. Also you go by name of Premier Inn Brentford yet the taxi driver took us elsewhere as Premier Brentford is in Brentford this one is not known locally as what you say!!

Review 24:very clean and friendly

Review 25:We ordered a taxi and they ordered a chauffeured car , far too pensive 25 pounds for three miles ,

Review 26:Staff were very helpful and kind , nothing was too much trouble. Well done

Review 27:You cannot dislike this hotel!

Review 28:The staff were all amazing! They gave 5 star service throughout our stay. I am bowled over by how good they were and how the team worked seamlessly together. I couldn't stop saying thank you to them! Always cheerful, helpful and professional.

Review 29:Not a bad experience, but a toilet brush in the loo might be a good idea for hygiene purposes and our own pride.

Review 30:Ideal situation for our requirements. Very comfortable and friendly, helpful staff. Although next to two major roads no noise in the room.

Review 31:Nothing to dislike.

Review 32:Don't be put off by the surrounding area. What a fabulous hotel. The meal deal is a must and don't miss out on the happy hour. Easy to get into Twickenham by taxi €20. Will definitely stay again. We travelled from Ireland.

Review 33:The Premier Inn has only recently been built so it appears very smart and up to the minute with decor and presentation - also very useful underground parking for the car, for an extra nightly charge, is very convenient and reassuring.

Review 34:On site evening meal was a disaster. Sat down 1900, main meal arrived just before 2030. Ordered 5 meals. 3 undercooked and served with wrong ingredients. Staff serving were excellent but I would sack both Manager and Chef for their inability to cope. It gave visitors to this country a very bad impression. Thank you very much

Review 35:All staff were brilliant, friendly helpful and willing to do more to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. It was very clean and spacious.

Review 36:Wifi speed was slow . Room and toilet was not properly cleaned .no fridge. No pressing iron .air conditioning control button was complicated.

Review 37:Location was good. Quite and secured environment inside the hotel.

Review 38:Nothing

Review 39:Convenient location and an exceptionally clean and comfortable room. The room was also remarkably quiet despite being adjacent to a motorway and a major road junction.

Review 40:Happy hour 2 for 1 drinks served together and second drink gets warm whilst first drink is consumed in a responsible time. The staff stick to their policy with rigidity and refuse to leave the second drink in the fridge

Review 41:Good comfortable hotel, good location

Review 42:the double bed wasnt a double it was two single mattresses pushed together which left an ridge wich was uncomfortable to say the least

Review 43:new hotel very nicely laid out with parking, staff were very good

Review 44:Excellent parking, great helpful staff, excellent variety of breakfast foods, although it was close to the road the excellent soundproofing ensured a quiet peaceful stay. Spotlessly clean.

Review 45:Quite close to the road and sandwiched between two building sites. However the triple glazing cut out most noise and the building work didn't start too early.

Review 46:Excellent location for going into London. Easy access from motorway. Secure parking. Facilities brill. Rooms very modern and clean.

Review 47:Rooms were very basic, paying for parking is depressing in a brand new hotel with a car park underneath

Review 48:Staff were helpful and knowledgable at reception and in restaurant. Food was good quality and good value

Review 49:Had dinner in restaurant, ordered 2 meals , came at different times 10min difference. But was not charged for dinner !!! as a sorry fromchef!! Fantastic. Also bathroom light flickering over sink [502]

Review 50:Location , staff friendliness , comfort.

Review 51:The room has no telephone If you want to call reception you must use your own phone. The wifi is barely adequate and requires a new logon every time you want to use it. There is another level of wifi but at a cost. The location requires a 200 metre walk across a busy road to get a bus to the South Ealing underground. Or walk to the underground about 15 minutes.

Review 52:This hotel is very clean, has friendly helpful staff and excellent food and the breakfast is wonderful. The rooms are small but adequate .

Review 53:we didnt need the lifts, but they took a long time. so if you need lifts and cant walk stairs - be patient.

Review 54:the hotel staff were friendly and competent. we had a disabled room with good facilities.

Review 55:We didn't like how we was put in room 303 and the room was right next to the motorway bridge and we could hear the cars going past.trying to sleep

Review 56:Not a great location in an area where new buildings are in the process of being built so lots of workman and scaffolding

Review 57:Excellent staff overall very clean car parking faculties

Review 58:I sat at the barrier for several minutes trying to exit. Eventually I had to reverse, park up and go back up to reception to ask to be let out...very annoying, especially as the receptionist was stood there listening to thr buzzer ring for another guest. There isn't much to do in immediate locality, but short taxi ride into Ealing or stroll to Brentford High Street.

Review 59:It is always handy to have a car park, but a bit pricey at £10. The staff in bar and restaurant were very accommodating and friendly.

Review 60:Windows don't open even a little bit. Also the location is not good of you don't have a car but that's personally dependant on use of hotel

Review 61:Very clean and new. Loved the space and the common parts also clean. Little expensive but the rooms very of a good standard.

Review 62:It takes 20 minutes by walking or three bus stops by bus Nr. 65 to the nearest metro station. But it's London. Considering the price, we have nothing to complaint.

Review 63:We travelled with three children, 1,2&9 years old. The hotel offered us one double bed, two single beds and one baby cot. The hotel room was very quiet. We had very good rest there. Every penny we paid was very worthy.

Review 64:Free WiFi is not suitable for streaming

Review 65:Staff is very friendly, meals in restaurant were very good, room was very clean with a good bed and a bad/douche combination. Rooms are very well isolated that you don't hear your neighbors or the highway at the front or the construction works at the back. Overall a very good hotel to visit and high value for money

Review 66:View from the back of the hotel is on to a huge building site which will improve once the building are finished.

Review 67:Rooms comfortable and good size. Staff could not do enough for us. excellent value for the price.

Review 68:The bed was too short (I'm 6ft3) and my feet were sticking out by quite a lot!

Review 69:Huge spacious room, all the facilities we needed (kettle, tea, coffee, TV, air conditioning, a sofa) and the room was very quiet despite being right next to a very busy road. Also near bus stop and South Ealing tube station.

Review 70:Tried ringing six times to speak to someone in reception regarding the location. The phone was unanswered. On arrival I had to walk to the restaurant to check with an employ that it was the correct Premier Inn (as there was another one nearby). He tried to check me in and as I had to wait for my colleague to bring my bag,He was timed out of his computer for 20mins.We had to go and sit in the bar and wait. The room had only supplied one bath and one hand towel when it was booked for two people.

Review 71:Staff were very friendly although they seemed to be short staffed.

Review 72:In spite of the hotel chain's great pride in them, the bed was not very comfortable for us but that is not to say it was bad. It might be a personal issue. The location is not good for leisure travellers - the area not very pretty and no attractions.

Review 73:Clean and organised. Stuff very helpful. Nice storage for luggage for after check-out time we had to spend before our flight out.

Review 74:We were in London and brought bk Mike sister who had just buired her husband that day for meal. It was big mistake we waited over 2 and half hrs to be to get our main course. We did not wait for dessert. Made the complaint on tuesday but nothing sorted by time we checked out Fri. Was told we would get phone call but as of yet have got none.

Review 75:Room was great but found bed way too high

Review 76:no information for guests at ground level arriving with car. where do I park? inconsistent service at check-in problems with touch screens and no electricity in one guest room

Review 77:great breakfast choices comfy beds

Review 78:no instructions given to guests about how to use the car park before arrival! confusing arrangements for check-in - touch screens off when waiting then turned on whilst waiting then staff have to go to the backroom to do 'something' to get things going. lack of privacy at check-in new staff learning the 'ropes' and teething troubles that probably can't be helped a room with no power dining room staff with language badges which are incorrect for their nationality! seems like the hotel's been up-and-running a few months but have some issues to iron out. People waiting for dinner for up to 2 hours I won't go on - it'll all be sorted soon I am sure

Review 79:comfy beds good food choices for breakfast

Review 80:The staff was very friendly. Especially the lady at reception when we arrived. She was so lovely with our son she also was very patient and helpful. This is exactly what you want when you go away.

Review 81:We had trouble operating the lift. It was only upon another customer entering the lift who advised us. Instruction sign was missing. Couldnt get lift down to car park. Restaurant was experiencing problems with serving evening meals.

Review 82:Friendly staff assisting with check in and booking of early morning cab. Cab firm used was a rip off for prices however

Review 83:Trying to relax next to a building site,no mention of this when booking so not worth £196.00 for two night stay! Very disappointed.

Review 84:Close to railway station.

Review 85:New automated check in losing human element. Location over looking busy A4 flyover breakfast not as good as previous stays in Premier Inns

Review 86:Friendly staff very quickly made beds up to two singles instead if a double as I was sharing with my brother - clean throughout - late bar when we got back that night.

Review 87:Altho it's a brand new hotel and the staff were still finding their feet we found them all to be friendly approachable and very eager to help make the stay with them as comfortable as possible! Well done guys and girls

Review 88:Tourists should have either a car or be willing to learn the London mass transit system. Most of the nearby restaurants and any shopping are about a half-mile to 3/4s of a mile away, which is where the restaurant on site comes in handy. Bring your own alarm clock; none in the room.

Review 89:This hotel served the purpose nicely for a longer (four night) stay. It's pretty bare bones, but it has a surprisingly nice and affordable dining room, with a decent menu, good food and very good service. The staff is excellent--friendly and helpful.

Review 90:Just a tehcnical hiccup with one of the lifts so you could not move in it up aor down but at least it opened into the laundry and we could escape from there!

Review 91:Nothing!

Review 92:Everything! Every person went out of their way to serve and inform us. An off duty maager Eric even volunteered to get all our luggage to our room. Bed dreamily luxurious. We had 3 breakfasts and 1 dinner; the food was delicious.

Review 93:No bad experrience whatsoever.

Review 94:Seriously, forget the not-entirely-central location and book this hotel. Amazing beds, cleanliness, breakfast, staff! Period.

Review 95:The best hotel staff I have ever met. Great breakfast and a buffet that is always full. The only dinner we had at the hotel was exquisite. I had problems with my credit card the first two days but thanks to an extremely helpful staff we managed to stay there.

Review 96:The room was perfect for our needs staff on arrival very good could not fault stay but free wifi did not work no other problems would recommend to anyone

Review 97:Car parking at £10 a night - some inns don't charge at all.

Review 98:A brand new inn, so they're trying hard, but meeting allexpectations - everything was excellent. Most impressive were thewindows - the inn is on a main route out of London, so extremely busy, but there was thick double glazing twice on each window, so youdon't hear a thing - a bit surreal, but extremely quiet.

Review 99:the staff were amazing-especially Tina on reception who dealt professionally with everyone. She went the extra mile. It is a brand new building right next to the A4.

Review 100:The steal and kidney pudding in the restaurant was average. Slightly over cooked and had a slightly odd sweet taste.

Review 101:In spite of being next to the MI and A4 the room was so quiet! The staff could not be more friendly and the room so well designed with the traveller in mind.

Review 102:The staff on duty on Wednesday 18th march, from when I arrived about 15.45 were most helpful, polite and considerate. Just wanted to mention them as people are so quick to complain, but not praise.

Review 103:Had to go back to reception to ask for toilet paper as non in the room but was delt with quickly, location is a bit out the way not an issue if your driving though.

Review 104:Bed excellent staff friendly and room well sound proofed.

Review 105:Two negatives. Breakfast was poor. Only had bacon and scrambled eggs but the bacon was cheap and very fatty, made worse by being served swimming in fat. Eggs overcooked. Other than that suggest better directions with there being two premier inns fairly close to each other. Maybe giving a side street name for a sat nav as otherwise it's not easy to find. I rang up and was told Ealing Road but that is a very long road !

Review 106:Amazing friendly and helpful staff. Can't praise them enough. A credit to the hotel.

Review 107:The postcode is in a different area to the building (but takes you close, just have to look for the building)

Review 108:The staff were the friendliest, most helpful people I have come across whilst abroad! The bed was super comfy and the facilities were great. Lovely food

Review 109:No bad experiences at all, which, for a brand new hotel was a little surprising.

Review 110:We were looking for a comfortable, clean hotel for a reasonable price for a one night stay. mission achieved. overall excellent value.

Review 111:The post code took us to the wrong place. The intercom on leaving the car park is almost impossible. We are used to fresh air in our bedroom.

Review 112:Location. Value. The breakfast. The shower.

Review 113:Parking should be free and not chargeable Free wifi too slow / faster wifi was chargeable!

Review 114:Generous size rooms Very clean Good food On site parking

Review 115:Nothing.

Review 116:We went on the opening day of the hotel and the stay was amazing. Everything was new, clean and fresh. Best sleep in ages. Excellent service too.

Review 117:The location on the main road isn't too attractive.

Review 118:The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful - the hot water wasn't working in the room so they moved us to the room opposite straight away.

Review 119:The postcode takes you to the wrong place about a mile away with either sat nav or google maps. The staffs local knowlege was poor. i asked where a ATM was in the area and wes told i would need to take a bus to the town. When i went out the front door you can see one at the garage 50yds away. Car parking £10 per night and isnt indicated when you book.

Review 120:As this is a brand new hotel the room was excellent & very comfortable. I was going to Brentford FC that night so the location is great and only a 5 min walk away.

Review 121:None

Review 122:Comfort and friendliness.

Review 123:It has Zero atmosphere. A place to put your head down

Review 124:Convienient to our Office

Review 125:My shower didn't work. My food in the evening was poor.

Review 126:Comfort, tv, bed, happy hour.

Review 127:Loved it , staff friendly and very helpful

Review 128:It was all good

Review 129:Staff were excellent and location perfect

Review 130:Very clean rooms they looked brand new. Very good value for money and all the basics were there. There was no noise from the road which was a plus.

Review 131:Nit ver helpfull staff, small rooms

Review 132:Good value for money, location, cleanliness

Review 133:Wifi is too slow

Review 134:Staff are nice
