Review 1：kitchen was not fully stocked and we had to ask for more things. Also beds were a little hard and narrow. Wifi only in the main lobby where everyone was playing pool and talking. no privacy.

Review 2：location to town and the ski hills and the view was extraordinary. Also the ski bus stops right at the door of the chalet

Review 3：It was a compete DIY (do it yourself). Had to make our own beds, buy the very basics like toilet paper and coffee filters. (I figured on food.) No housekeeping even upon moving out unless you paid extra for it, otherwise clean up is guest's responsibility. Internet only available in reception area, which was inconvenient ;although I was aware of it.)

Review 4：Easy access to St. Gervais, a sweet little village. Also a good, central location to multiple ski resorts. The apartment was pretty comfortable, with a very nice view.

Review 5：1.Really think they should employ cleaners and dispense with the option to pay to have cleaned at end of stay.. any hotel you book this century you leave and don't expect to clean. Felt odd and they could add £25 to each booking and no one would bat an eyelid...a cleaning company would love the contract....I'd do it !! The reception area could do with a bar. they would make a killing for residents!!

Review 7：The condition of the rooms was ok, but there were some defects: e.g. shower armature was very shaky, or some floor tiles were broken). The ski room smelled very badly, and there were no shoes dryers there.

Review 8：Our apartment had 2 bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with a 2-storied bed and a living room with a kitchen. There was enough place and the kitchen offered all we needed. Location is good for skiing as the bus brings you directly to the lift (10 min). Reception offered some goodies, like sledges for kids or games (in French however).

Review 9：We love St Gervais and were happy with the location and view. We received a friendly welcome and were happy that we could get around without a car ( there is a free bus to the Bettex). We would return.

Review 10：The apartment had only been cleaned by previous tenants. The glasses and dishes were not cleaned. There was no toilet paper! This would have been fine if they told us ahead of time. There was also no soap and only one tab for the dishwasher.

Review 12：Ridiculous situation of not supplying toilet paper in the apartments. Reception saying they don't sell it. Reception hours are in-flexible. They close from 11am to 4:30PM so beware, we want to ski on the last day and collect our bags at 2PM, we had a hell of a job to get this sorted. We had an apartment for 8 people but it was not very big and if you are all adults it will seem very small. The bunk beds and sofa beds are not big enough, these would be suitable only for children. The location is OK but it is a 15 minute walk up hill on the way home from town. The apartments have to be cleaned by YOU before you leave, you will need to leave them in a good & clean condition. Ours on arrival was not clean with hairs on the mattress and really stained pillows which were not very nice to sleep on. The

Review 40：Members of our party used the sauna & pool - too hot and too cold respectively. Description on Booking.com was inconsistent and we booked 2 apartments when we only needed one - the 8 person apartment had 3 bedrooms not 2 as advertised. Usual complaint in France - not including cleaning in the price so you either pay hugely inflated cleaning cost or spoil end of holiday by cleaning!

Review 41：Apartments were spacious and nicely done out/ finished off. Good, comfy beds. Nice, quiet location but only c10 min walk down the road into St Gervais and the restaurants. Would stay here again, pretty good value given the location and I really like St Gervais - town not resort.

Review 42：3 separate chalets, if you aren't in the lobby one, you spend your time going from building to building (ski room, access to parking, reception and swimming pool). No wifi access in rooms, sketchy cellphone coverage in rooms.

Review 44：Whilst I don't mind the linen charge I don't see why they don't just include it. Too much admin for everyone! Then just charge if you want a change of sheets/towels. Be aware the height of the car park is limited to about 170cm except a couple of spaces on the ground floor. The top bunk required my daughter to be a ninja as the ladder was on the roof slope side giving her about 50cms gap to crawl through!

Review 45：Lovely modern apartments with a traditional touch in 3 chalets with a really comfortable reception area. The swimming pool was also very good if a little cold. We had an 8 person apartment which was very comfortable for 6 of us you could squeeze in 2 more if you are happy with the sofa & trundle scenario common to French ski accommodation. The bunk beds were in a room not an alcove as described and there were two bathrooms. So the apartment exceeded our expectations. The beds are extremely comfortable. We skied at new year so paid a premium price but it still felt like good value. On arrival we were welcomed and given our pre-booked linen packs. The apartment was very nice and well equipped with a balcony and view of the mountains. We were on the top floor and it was very quiet. The free covered parking was useful as was the unused ski room, most people choosing to leave skis on the car. WiFi only in reception which I think is ideal as you can have family time. Handy hint - book your departure inspection when you arrive to get a late time :) Absolutely lovely staff. Thank you
