Review 1：Nice clean room, with an amazing shower! Also nice to have access to a microwave and fridge for if you stay longer than a night. Breakfast in the morning was delicious!
Review 2：Martin (the owner/manager/chef) was a most friendly, welcoming and engaging character. Breakfast was extensive and top quality produce used (the eggs benedict and locally sourced 'Beth's Butchers' sausages were divine) and well worth getting up early for! The room was perfect, for my Dad and I along with 2 dogs. The shower was a force to be reckoned with and very relaxing. On site car park took the stress out of searching for a space in an unfamiliar area.
Review 3：We were made very welcome, the room was comfortable and the shower worked well. The breakfasts were extremely good, and nothing was too much trouble. The fruity porridge has now become a staple breakfast in our house! We would certainly book again!
Review 4：Martin is a superb host. Very flexible and accomodated an early checkin after arriving off a long haul journey. Rooms tastefully designed and decorated. Full English Breakfast (hot) was delicious and made to order. Outstanding! Highly recommended.
Review 5：The friendliness of Martin, Introduction and information on the hotel, facilities, local dining was great, I felt very welcome and nothing was too much trouble I just had to tell him. His outlook and motivation was to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
Review 6：I would advise solo female travellers to get taxis rather than walk if going out at night. I walked to a restaurant at around 7.30 on a Thursday, dressed in normal casual clothes, and the harassment from men was the worst I've ever experienced. It was much worse than Morocco, Naples, or anywhere else I've been. I had to go inside shops/takeaways to wait until the cat-calling men passed by, cross the road, and I even hid in someone's garden! Just on a 15 minute walk to a restaurant. I got a taxi back, and the taxi driver was female. I asked her if this predatory behaviour was normal for Farnborough and she said yes.

Review 8：The only down side was some sort of boiler that kept coming on throughout the night. (next to room 3) It was activated when anyone turned on the hot water tap.
Review 9：Within 2 miles of the function we were attending next day. There was a pub within easy walking distance at the end of the road to get an evening meal. The owners of the Lodge were away when we visited. Miles and Loren, who were looking after the place in their absence, were very friendly and helpful.

'tired' and in dire need of a refurburbishment (maybe other rooms have been refurbished hence better reviews?), also not spotlessly clean ie. dust on top of tile lines in bathroom, room/decor felt generally unclean, few cobwebs, tiles had black mold in grouting and shower door didn't close...Also, pillows like 'bullets' and cheap/worn feeling bed linen. Room felt and was generally unloved and quite unclean. Unfortunately, wouldn't want to stay here again.

Review 20：The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Small but immaculate en suite. Breakfast is cooked by the owner/chef using quality ingredients and served in a large bright airy and spotless dining room. The owner was informative and very friendly.

Review 23：We received a warm welcome from our host, with lots of advice about where to eat out locally, and travel directions. The rooms were decorated in a contemporary style and were bright and modern. The breakfast was excellent as was the dining room. We will stay again when next in this area.

Breakfast was good and the owner could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended as it is very reasonably priced.

Review 54：We loved everything! The couple who were looking after the Lodge were welcoming, after a long drive to visit family. I was able to book in early to settle my dog after a run so we could go to dinner. The room was a small double but was clean, comfy and enough for what we needed. The bathroom was lovely, shower was great. TV in room had many channels. Nice big window that could open fully for breeze. Bed was firm and we had a great night sleep. Breakfast was cooked to order but by the time you helped your self to tea, coffee, toast and cereal it was ready. We stayed here as was 10 min drive to my family and was cheaper then the travel lodge in Farnborough! I would of been more then happy to pay extra as it is a little gem and the owners should be very proud of what they have achieved! We will definitely be staying again and I will be telling the rest of my family where to stay in future!
