Review 5：Property is not located centrally in Rovaniemi, but its only 15 min walk to get to the city centre which makes its location very convenient. Property offers basic accommodation, but after enjoyable day in Rovaniemi this is all what you need - hot shower & comfortable bed! In the morning you can enjoy decent breakfast and during the day you can prepare meals in the common kitchen. In the near distance to the guesthouse there are few shops where you can get all the supply. Staff is very helpful, explaining you everything what you need to know during the stay, including sighseeing tips! Good choice if you want to stay in Rovaniemi :)
Review 6：Shower is terrible, the temperature of water is not stable, it changes from hot to cold water unpredictable , and often difficult to get hot water back. There's no elevator available in the hotel, it's not convenient for people with heavy luggage.

Review 21：I would definitely recommand this hotel since it's clean nice staff and super super good location! It is only 2-3 min walking from the train station and bus station, which is really important when you don't have a car. The bus station is 2 min away to Santa Claus village. The reception is very nice and works until 21pm. It's really money value considering its cleverness comfortable and location

Review 40：I visited to there a week ago, and I decided to comment my opinion when I left from the guesthouse. We booked the sauna tour of this hotel. We were looking forward to join the tour when arrived at there. But, the receptionist said "I don't know about that, this excursion won't do tonight, and your reservation was cancelled by other staff. But I actually don't know what happens at the time." She didn't applogize to us, and she didn't try to search a reason why our reservation was cancelled. I absolutely was be anger and accused her, but she was just ignoring us. Then her attitude was completely bad!!!! This travel is our honeymoon, but I feel the hotel ruined our trip! 事前にメールでサウナツアーに申し込んだのにも関わらず受付で"理由は知らないけど、他のスタッ- フがあなたの予約をキャンセルしたみたい。だから今日はツアーは催行しません！"と言われ、謝罪- もなく、私が英語で責めたところその後の態度が更に悪くなり、一言も話そうとしませんでした。チェックアウ- トの際もほぼ無視でした。最悪です。 そしてこの部屋は鍵が昔の仕様となっており、鍵をさして一度押さないと開かず、もし力のない女性でしたら部- 屋から出るのにも苦労しそうです。私も苦労しました。ベッドの上には何故か砂がかかってて、きたなかったで- す。

A kitchen is available were you can prepare your own food, but we didn't use it, as we wanted to taste the reindeer meat in a local restaurant. The receptionist was very helpful, she suggested some good places and gave us a map. The location is OK, the city center is in 10-15 min walking distance. We really enjoyed the copious breakfast!
