Review 1：I didn't like the pillows - they felt hard and uncomfortable. I didn't like how small the room was and how loud it can be outside because of the train station

Review 3：After 11 or 12 midnight they close the main entrance from the shops to the hotel so we have to walk around which is quite far since our energy is almost drain from whole day walking .

Review 7：The room was extremely small and the bed was too small for two people. Also, the desk staff thought we left a shopping bag filled with electronics, but it wasn't ours. They almost gave us someone else's bag!

Review 10：The hotel is not far from the JR Osaka station and it is convenient to buy things since it is close to a shopping street. Washing machines and driers are available at the basement floor. The room with two singe beds is big enough.

Review 11：I really wanted to see the Osaka museum of ceramics. Asked this girl at the front desk. I thought she knew what she was talking about but she sent me on a wild goose chase. She wrote it all out three trains to get there. Asked the information desk and he said I had to take another train. Went to the next station. The guy said its not here u need to take 2 more trains, that's when I said to myself forget it, I'm not willing to take six trains to get to that museum. I was infuriated because i only had one more day and had to catch my plane the next day in the late afternoon. When I got back asked another front desk person to help me find how to get to the ceramic museum. He said its one train look two or three stops away. Thank goodness I found the museum and it was really good. My suggestion is that the hotel should have the front desk people have a decent understanding of the English language.

Review 12：The room was comfortable there was a fridge. Breakfast cost extra didn't want to pay for that. I don't think I'd stay there again.

Review 13：The room is too small. We can not walk after opening a large luggage. The bed is too small for two people and we can not sleep well since not enough space to sleep.

Review 40：We really enjoyed our first trip to Japan thanks in part to our stay in Hearton Hotel Nishi Umeda. It's a short walk to the Osaka Station and Herbis limousine bus station (for Kansai airport). They also serve a good buffet breakfast plus it's also close to convenience stores, restaurants and shopping malls. They also have a very helpful staff. We will definitely stay here again. This hotel is a great base if you want to go to Universal Studios, Kyoto, Nara and Kobe.

Many great places for foods (The only concern might be your wallet) The facilities are great. They have refrigerator, deep bath tub, 100+ music channels, ice cube maker, etc.) You'll feel great when you step out from Osaka station, the hotel is just about 3 minutes walk, especially after a long day strolling around Osaka.

Review 84：Antiquated rooms for price. Mattresses and pillows were very hard and after a long day of walking I wanted more comfort. Instructions for the TV and the air conditioning were in Japanese and although there was an English sheet for instructions it was not easy to follow. We called a staff person to assist us but with little success in getting TV to English channels and getting AC to work properly. After just pushing lots of buttons we finally got both to work properly.

This hotel needs a little bit more attention on its maintenance. After all, we still recommend this hotel for traveler who are family with children as the room is quite big for Japanese standard.
